My way would be that if she doesn't go on friday and so stays in, then she is automatically up for eviction next week.
That is the way I would deal with all nominations talk by any housemate and it would hopefully soon put an end to it.

I have little doubt though they will do something either petty as to it or something totally ridiculous rather than a sensible punishment against the offender.

Confiscate all her fags until further notice and ban her from smoking.

Or if it's an all house punishment... remove all food from the house and only give them beans or that disgusting tinned stuff they had one series (can't remember which one it was).

Whatever the punishment is though, Sallie will only come out with "well I'm only here for one day so don't give a **** anyway".
