I don't like arguing in real life, but, let's face it, the most entertaining thing in BB is usally the arguments.

So why did BB management want to split up Sallie and Gina and throw one of the most entertaining and most argumentative people out of the house ?

It's a load of rubbish that the audience decided to keep Dexter and threw Sallie out. BB, ultimately, made the decision for Dexter to stay, as they didn't tell the audience when voting began on the 3, that a couple of days later, the one with the least votes so far would stay in.

The audience weren't informed that the one with the least votes after a couple of days would stay in and avoid eviction, if the audience had known, I'm sure a lot more would have voted to evict Dexter in the first 2 days of voting, to make sure that the two most entertaining and argumentative members of the house stayed in.

So the audience weren't told and BB decided to use that Dexter had the least votes so far to keep him in,which meant, that only Sallie and Gina were left against each other, so one of them had to go.So ultimately BB management kept in Dexter, the least entertaining (and of course the biggest liar) of the 3 and decided to split up and throw 1 out of the 2 most entertaining members. If BB want the show to be entertaining why did they do these things ?

It ended up of course with the most stupid decision possible, backed up by the stupidest human behaviour possible (IE the argumentative crowd bating Sallie for being argumentative) when the most entertaining of the 3 was kicked out.

I mean like doh !, you have a guy who has little personaility except being fake,a spoiled bitch who's not had to do anything for herself and hasn't any real idea what life is like for ordinary people and someone who speaks the truth and who stands up to lying and to people like Gina treating ordinary people like something under their shoe and looking down on people, and what happens,

oh yeh, BB want to split up the 2 best housemates, kick one out,and we lose the best housemate full stop, and the best of the 3 is evicted.

Also, of course, most of the house, certainly Sallie were suspicious of the shredding from the beginning and many didn't really believe or found it hard to believe they had been shredded and it was Sallie who definitely said Michael was an actor, not Dan, who still wasn't sure, but of course BB management can't give credit to Sallie, as she's a rebel and 2 outspoken for them, main reason they wanted her out, probably, because she wasn't bull ****ting about how great Michael's acting was,and how everyone had been so fooled by him and the suitcase crap, they'd rather go on lying about that, anyone who told the truth and exposed the real truth about their feelings about MIchael not being a housemate (but an actor) and about the suitcase crap had to be kicked out for showing them up.

Why, even after it's been clearly shown, that it was Sallie who identified Michael clearly, for the last couple of days as an actor, while Dan had doubts,is there only a thread on here crediting Dan for saying Michael was an actor as he still wasn't sure, unlike Sallie ?

Maybe they get more money out of the eviction votes, I think it's very short sighted though. And they did seem to decide very late to make it vote to evict, and even making the audience nominate seemed a strange late decision. They will no doubt change things every week as usual according to what they want to happen.

Umm there's no reason BB would want Sallie to leave. It was vote to evict. People don't care about spending their money on votes for someone that don't really dislike.
Lots of people disliked that Sallie was a bitch. She got a ton of votes.
Less people disliked Gina cause she's a spoiled brat. She didn't get as many.
Dexter didn't come off as bad as either of them. Less people are going to waste money voting for him.

You could say BB made it vote to evict just to get rid of Sallie.... but I highly doubt it.

Handing control of nominations over to the public vote after just a couple of HL shows and when only 3 0r 4 HM’s had taken centre stage was a stupid decision from BB imo. Add to this the show reverting back to negative voting; the week one evictee was always going to be a big or controversial character.

I’m trying to think of a launch night or week one twist that I have ever enjoyed or that has delivered a satisfactory result… but I can’t!

We were told that there would be a vote freeze on the Wednesday and the one with the fewest votes to evict would be saved...

It was obvious from the start that out of those three housemates Dexter would be the least disliked.

The management couldn't care less which housemate leaves first IMO
