no sallie no micheal two of the best housemates whether you liked them or not
i predict gina will slip into the background. dan will take over as unofficial head of house gathering his minions . and generally being self righeous about eveything while the girls kiss his feet.
dex will be bitched about and be up with jem next week with jem going
charlie will get of with callum
the rest will just wash dishes and fart lol
what do you think ?

I don't think we have to worry about it getting boring. Big Brother just had the entire nation tell Wolfie that they think she's ugly and smelly. If they do things like that through the whole series, it can't be boring.

I feel like the season is just starting with Sallie out of the way. Now we'll see who some of the other people are.

Sallie Axl @sallieaxl 4h
It's 24 hours in a house there was nothing happening but my 20 min argument all day that's why that was aired. Unless you class baking cakes
I guess so.

agree, everyone was overshadowed, Sallie was an extremely dominant character. Hopefully now we will get to know the others more.
..BB is never just one or two people, there are still lots of interesting HMs in there and potential explosive situations as well, it's only just getting started..all Sallie and Michael did was to give it a bit of a kick-start...

The remaining group is meh. Hopefully, they bring in more interesting HMs soon.

This time last year, Conor was invisible. Looking at that series now, you would never have thought that because he was a instrumental part of the series.
Sallie over shadowed others, so now they will have to get others involved more.

Last year Lydia, Benedict and Chris went early on and we all thought the same, and it still turned out to be a great series.
So, let's just wait and see.

For a short while yes, because they were 2 people there who interracted strongly against each other so for both to go will have an effect initially likely.
There are,as Ammi said, many more areas for conflict and other interraction from many others left there though.

No because we will get see more of the other HM's now Sallie has gone, she took over way to much of the HL's for my liking.

It's going to be a little dull for a couple days without Michael and the whole secret, but it will pick up again.

There is no way BB will get boring. The first week has been addictive viewing. Imagine the entry of more new housemates :-)

After a big character goes, it goes quiet for around 3-4 days, and then people just kick off again.
I'll reserve judgement, I know everyone says how Sallie leaving allows other big characters to come to the fore but I'm not convinced that there are any who come near to her in terms of what they can provide to the house. Plus my interest in the show has naturally decreased a bit now my favourites out, but we'll see

I think it's going to be duller for a few days at any rate.
But with the nominations and closer to the next eviction, it'll perk up again.
I really hope they do something to keep it interesting, I only watched because of Michael, I thought the idea, and him as an actor were brilliant. They should offer him the bots job, then i'd watch that too

No, I actually think this series has a lot going for it and I expect some fireworks too.
Some of the tasks and ideas are really weak but the paranoia among the housemates following the first weeks events is great to watch.
Sallie was a strong character though, she will be missed for a short time I would say.

The thing to note is, this first week was always going to be eventful, how could it not with it being "mole week" or whatever you want to call it.
But, is there potential beyond that?
I don't think there is.
Marcus.

Hopefully some of the screaming children that post here will sod off and find something else to cry about now that one of the idiots they claim make the show better is out and leave the BB fans to enjoy the show.
Michael would have been a good housemate but there is so much more to come.
This is their first time doing noms. They had a dry run at it last week, where a few of them found out what it's like to be nommed, but none of them will have had to sit in front of a camera and say names out loud with reasons until now. That's about the same as a reset to week one, with all the tension that normally pops up after first noms, complete with noses out of joint and paranoia.
That's on top of all the paranoia around is Dan/Wolfy/someone else entirely also an actor.
If anything, Sallie was a distraction from all the other tension going on, now there's nothing to hide behind.

As entertaining Sallie's kicking off was, now she has gone some more characters can shine through and we still have the likes of Dan and Gina and possibly Jem who love a good squabble as well.
But the show isn't all about arguing and them all wanting to kill each other, so with new personalities shining through, I guess it can only get better.

Natalie took the role of 'alpha male' in the house, or at least tried, others have also tried but nobody yet has 'taken over' that role. In that context alone, we will have fireworks.
I expect to see several more arguments involving Gina, Dan, Dexter and Gemima. Then you have more potential secret and lies that will stir the broth.
The series is far from over... one person doesn't make a series, even a housemate as strong as Natalie was!
Sorry but last nights really wasn't as bad as people are making out. Alright, there weren't any arguments, but I found everything to be a lot more subtle after a high intense first week. There were a lot of conversations, I felt we got to know some of them a little better - and the mole twist has done exactly what it was supposed to do - it's sent them all on a mad paranoia trip which is slowly going to turn them against each other. Calm before the storm. I really enjoyed last night.

They spent a long time on the big brain task on yesterdays show, I fear if they hadn't done that they'd not really have had any talking point at all.

I've just watched last night's episode and found it dull.
I stopped watching it as broadcast, and am just going to record BB from now on, but will only watch episodes if they are good, ie interesting. I can find that out without watching them first.
I'm glad to get that time 10 til midnight back.

And people were saying it's already better than last year's series.

Without the mole, this series has nothing.
