Depending on the gender balance at the time the new HM either needs to be a

smart and witty intelligent/ Oxbridge type young female who is assertive without being a bitch
a sexy businessman in his 40s to challenge Dan
A cheating Nasty Nick or Adele BB3 type character
a strict-ish Muslim ala BB5 Ahmed (so underrated)
a BB5 urban Victor or BB6 Science type HM. A male who is young smart street wise opinionated and will put Dan in his place. Callum and Daley are really weak males.
