I hate to use that word, but there is no other word to describe what's going on. Housemates hate him for no valid reason. They all nominate him, just because they know the public chose him on week one. They ignore him, talk down to him and are rude to him. Then on today's task he's chosen for every category. :nono:

yeah sort of. they see him as weak as he just smiles and takes it , . so they attack the weakest member in packs they are sheep in wolves clothing .
calling him bitchy is just crazy thats the last thing he is in there.

very dissapointed in gina. now she's saved she has joined the sheep ranks

I think BB want him out. He's not the chosen winner. That's Sophie. This task is designed to ridicule and humiliate Dexter. It reminds me of Aaron. BB did everything they could to stop him winning.

I disagree. Showing all of this stuff always makes the person look better and the people being harsh to him look bad. BOTS hasn't even turned on Dexter. They have been neutral with him (as has the audience).

He just wants friends, but he is a bit socially awkward so can't really make them.
People need a victim to pick on, so they don't have to reveal who they really dislike. They are picking on Dexter so they don't have to pick on their friends.
Scapegoating.

I hate the word bullied when it comes to BB..but I would say he appears to be getting targetted unfairly.

I say appears because from what WE have seen, he is not this horrible snakey person who just hovers around people then stirs it up later, like the housemates make out. However there is always the possibility that BB is editing all this nasty stuff that he does out, but I highly doubt it.

Ramsay

To be honest though, if anything they would be trying to keep him in. He's one of the major talking points. After losing Sallie they wouldnt want to risk losing another one

I don't think it's gone that far (yet). I do think many of them are going to be crawling under the cushions when they get out and see how they've behaved, both in how they've caved to Wolfy's pressure and in how they've jumped on the bandwagon with no firsthand knowledge of the things they're talking about.

A few of them are very close to that line - Wolfy with her constant interrupting conversations where he's involved as if he's not there is the biggest offender, and the twins are her little henchmen, suggesting they get everyone except Dexter out of quarantine - but most of them are too stupid to initiate actual offensive actions against him.

I would like to see him survive but not sure he can. He'll almost certainly be nominated again next week becasue its an easy pick for the rest of the housemates. If he's up against someone who divdes the audience like Wolfy or Dan, MAYBE he can get by. But it'll be tough I think.

If anything Dexter has been shown in a pretty good light on the main show which is really all that matters. The best thing for him is to becme the underdog. Still, its hard to survive if you're nominated week after week.

If they really wanted Dexter out, only thing they have to do is: fabricate a punishment reason to put two crowd favourites ie: Twins, Sophie, Sam or Wolfy up for evcition. Then have the housemates nominate. Dexter and Gina would go up.

Make it a double eviction. It would probably mean that at least one of Dexter and Gina would go. Maybe both.

That is if they really do want Dexter out, even risking Gina to leave...

The twins and Wolfy aren't really fan favorites anymore. BotS finally let people mention the twins being annoying last night, but they're still not discussing Wolfy at all, and she's dropped off the top 5 to win in the odds. In Dexter vs Wolfy, with the way she's been going, she'd probably be out.

I would normally agree with this, but we havent seen ANYTHING..

I mean, even with Aaron in bb12 I could see why the HMs thought the way they did about him..though I loved him

But this time around, I dont see it at all. I dont get why none of this terrible behaviour is not being shown..it must be happening a lot from how much the others go on about it. I know they have to chop 24 hours down to 40 mins, but we would surely have seen something to back up the claims

I'm still waiting for a single example of it - they go on about what they've heard from other people. Not a single one of them can give an actual example of him repeating something they've said to someone else, or of him telling them something he overheard in another group.

I kinda like Dexter but no way is he being bullied. Anything that is said or done is of his own doing. He was coming on to Hazel showing he has no respect for his girlfriend and when Hazel wasnt interested he started talking to Jemima about older women and experiencing tantric sex!!!!! Bullying is when someone or people gang up on someone who is defenseless and wrongly accuse them or goad them about something. This is NOT what is happening. The bullying word is introduced much too often in these forums. This is just my humble opinion and as I said I kinda like Dexter cos he is entertaining. He would be no way near my least favourite housemates

check out todays task and tell me he isn't being bullied....

In order to shake things up a bit, Big Brother set the housemates a task this afternoon that asked them to reveal their true opinions of each other. In all honesty, we expected sparks to fly, as they often do when honesty is concerned.

Once the task got underway, it soon became clear that there's one housemate that everyone has an opinion on: the one and only Mr Dexter Koh.

In the course of the task, Dexter was named: a game-player, the one who deserves most to be evicted tonight, a liar, two-faced, the least respected housemate, most selfish and bitchiest. Unsurprisingly, perhaps, he was also named as the least popular housemate.

Throughout the rather dramatic task, Dexter remained chipper, smiling and joking with the other housemates. Ever the profesional.

When Dan pointed the finger at Dexter as the least popular in the House, he also said that he hoped, if Dexter survives tonight's eviction, that he would drop the facade and allow his housemates to get to know him a little better.

Later, chatting to Gina and Wolf, Dexter might have hit on something when he said "the thing is, I can take criticism..." Could it be that the housemates made Dexter a scapegoat to avoid fireworks for naming more, ahem, sensitive people? In Big Brother, anything is possible.

By the end of the task, Gina, Wolf and Jackie had managed to unlock a padlock each, meaning they've earned a treat later, where they will watch a video packed full of their housemates' secrets. How very, very exciting.

I totally want Dexter to stay but lets remember he got ten nominations and has ruffled the feathers of quite a few of the housemates. His 'bragging' also about how much money he spends and stuff might make him a little unpopular because if its true or if it isnt nobody likes someone who brags. I agree that he should not have been nominated in every part of todays task and Wolfy would have been my choice but then if they all nominated Wolfy as being the least liked or popular or most annoying etc might ppl be saying that SHE was being bullied. I will reserve further judgement till I see the highlights show but one thing is for certain Dexter is WELL ABLE to stand up for himself and take it on the chin. He knew the two housemates who didnt nominate him as they are the two lads that seem closest to him. I still would be very very slow to use the words that he is being bullied. Lets say targeted maybe
