42 cameras and operators behind the mirror and they couldnt even catch a shot of him actually falling down the stairs?

Also happened when they couldn't get a shot of Gina snatching the hat from Sallies head so edited in the words.

TBH I was shocked when they put the diary room up a flight of stairs when BB housemates are known for being clumsy especially after a can of cider.
