As Joe and Jack are classed one house mate, would they get into trouble if they discussed nominations with each other?

Nope, they have had several conversations about nominations eg the one in the tree house undecided to nominate gina over jemima (as jemima is a good cook) and then another diary room discussion when joe says dan needs to go.
