A house of people you hate but may be deemed as 'entertaining'
or
A house of people you like but are boring as housemates
(a house full of Wolfy types or a house of rachel rice's)
..half and half I guess, there has to be a balance otherwise I think arguments all of the time is no more entertainment than boring housemates....

A BB6 house>
See, the thing is a BB6 house just leaves me with not wanting any of them to win which defeats the point of the show. There has to be likeable people otherwise I don't feel entertained.

I probably wouldn't watch either.

I would like likeable housemates but with an edge and depth to them that made them entertaining too.
So a mix of both.

Half and half like Ammi said, but if I had to go with an extreme then it has to be the entertaining option.

I prefer more likeable housemates, but needs to be some entertainment

Neither.
A house of clever housemates such as Victor, Aaron and Dexter.

Big Brother wouldn't be the same if I didn't care about any housemate, so I probably wouldn't waste my time watching either option.
:pI voted entertainment option though, as even in a house full of hateable people, I just can't imagine me not having at least one favourite that entertains me.

It has to be a mix of both, otherwise the arguments wont have the same effect for me.
Find it hard to enjoy BB when I'm not supporting anyone, and I also take the view that to support a housemate I have to find them somewhat likeable so I went for the first option

I tend to like average people kind of characters. If the show is full of people I don't like, I can't even bring myself to watch it

Thing is it's highly unlikely to actually hate everybody, well for me anyway. Most are harmless in reality so there's no reason to do so just because for example someone bitches a lot. That's why I appreciate housemates for entertainment value

hateful but entertaining, it's not as if I have to live them.
When you have hateful but entertaining you get the brilliant BB3 (jade,pj, adele, tim) and the best ever cast bb5 (ahmed, jason, victor and nadia). BB5 had no out and out nice people, even the nicest Shell caused the one of the bigger bust up (Victor in wedding task)
When you get likeable but boring you get bb4 (cameron, anoushka, scott)

I wouldn't like to hate them all... I mean if you just made a documentary about the Westboro Baptist Church, I wouldn't watch it. It would just make me really angry and upset.
At the same time I don't see much fun in seeing lots of nice people live together. It's not good television. At least the first example in this post would be uh... engaging?

I went for boring but likeable, as they have to win money..... I really hate it when those who win by making the lives of others difficult or uncomfortable succeed, and get a financial reward for it too.
