Face 2 face - HM should write down names before revealing who and give reasons

I don't like it when face to face is done immediately as HMs towards the end the HMs just go with the flow and majority to avoid standing out e.g. if everyone nominates face to face Dexter he won't get angry at an individual, however if each HMs wrote down their nominee first then revealed nominations some may not nominate Dexter or the majority.

Yes, even better! They'd have no idea and then they'd have to reiterate the nominee and the reasons behind it. If they try and 'soften' and alleviate the nomination reason, BB would read out a transcript of the DR nomination!

Completely agree with you, it should be the face cards selected before noms begin or have the 2 names written down before.

It should not just be random choosing, as you say others could follow what others have done.

They should all individually have to stand at a podium and write down their nommos (lock them in) or put them in a ballot box or something.

Yes totally agree, face to face noms should be face to face reveals after they have nominated in the DR so they cannot pick people on the spot to fit in with the "flow" and just make up silly reasons.

Better to make them explain their Noms as they did in DR, could make for some awkward moments....!!!!

They should have done nominations as normal today, then tell them tonight that they have to say to the others faces who they nommed.

Im trying to work out how can they do this in 10 mins at the end of the show. But yeah they should write it down and then reveal
