I've seen people saying that the HMs will save one person on wednesday. Is this true and how do you know if it is?

What? Is it one housemate who decides? If its true and Wolfy gets saved I'll be extremely pissed off.

I mean they best only save one HM out the 4, because if its 2 to leave a head-to-head then it would end up Dex vs. Gina :/
