View Full Version : Wolfy the alpha female?

Wolfy seems to run the joint.
Whenever someone challenges her she crushes them or cries her rival into submission. She owns the 'correct usage of fat', no-one will challenge her on her cockiness about reaching the final, Hazel never defends Dan when Wolfy slags him off, cried so that Jemima almost had to take the least hygenic tag, she lies and gets away with it (bar Dan's interrogation), even Gina didn't push Wolfy hard about not following through on Hazel's VT. When someone dares to challenge her e.g. Dan he has hell to pay and she manages to pull out the bully tag or no-one understands me as I am so unique.
She seems to have a lot of say in the food e.g. rowing with Dan over the correct use of sausages, and demanded Dexter explain himself when he admitted he was going to nominate her. It's as if she is entitled to be 'above being nominated'.
Wolfy runs that house. :nono:

Hazel imo. Pretty sure all the girls respect her. Gina and Wolfy, not so much.

Also the alpha female needs to be sure of herself and secure, Wolfy certainly isn't.

Erm, did you see her "I am here till the final, public won't vote me out" clip :joker:
All of Wolfy's insecurities are fake imo. She knows she's fat but she has the twins as support, plus Sophie doesn't exactly have the body of a Victoria Secret's model. She's playing the fat card with aplomb.

Hazel emanates evil vindictiveness whenever she is onscreen.

Fair point, it could all be 'gameplay' on her part. I'm still not convinced she's intelligent enough to actually have, and execute, a gameplan though lol

Aha, she's got you fooled with her 'who me, little old Wolfy' routine. She really does want that £100K. Daley wants the prize too, but is not doing anything to achieve it. Wolfy is going for broke and using any trick in book. If she's still in house in penultimate week she will do a quick inventory of whether she thinks she can win, when she realises that she won't and she's worked out who will she will start doing 'I will split the winnings 50/50' talks.
She's doing media studies at University so she can't be that stupid, she's actually quite savvy. Don't be fooled by the bandana and yokel image. Wolfy is a shrewd player, she uses key buzz words like 'fat, bullying, being different, picked on all my life, poor' to create an image of herself and position herself as being a victim that we should all root for. Whenever Dan catches her out she runs to the DR to spin events to her favour or slates Dan to anyone who will listen (usually Hazel or twins). The give away was when she pretended that she thought a night at the Savoy in London costs £80.

Agree, she is playing a very dirty game...

I've never been in the Savoy but even I know it's on the Strand and I would guess somewhere between £400 and £2K a night. Wolfy saying £80 was too stupid to be credible, she blew her cover then. She wants the public to go 'awww poor Wolfy, she's so skint'. She probably is poor but she's really hamming her lack of wealth up as a reason to vote for her to win come the final. So cynical.

Another reason why Wolfy is alpha female, for first week Hazel wore feminine clothes, now it's all cut of shorts and lumberjack shirts. Guess Wolfy is now the fashion guru!

More importantly Wolfy thinks WE like her post Sallie eviction ie chants.
After fat gate: "I am going to do it for you, I am going to win it for you"
"I am doing this for all the people who don't fit in, for the fat girls. For the people who don't fit in' etc
'I aint going anywhere, I am your biggest competition, we all know im in the final'

I don't think she's fooled anyone really. If she really was intelligent and on top of things, I really doubt she'd make the moves she did this week. A week ago the public loved her, she had a very stable position inside the house, and if she played her cards right certainly wouldn't have been nominated for eviction for at least a few more weeks. She could have cruised to the finals realistically. My how things have changed in a week though. She's been the center of some serious drama, showed her cockyness, and will no doubt be boo'd on Friday. That doesn't sound like someone who knows what they're doing imo. You think this is all part of her plan? If it is, surely she's failed miserably...
This is all hypothetical of course though, time will tell. I'm just undecided at this point. Maybe she is extremely intelligent and this is all part of her gameplan and she'll win easily. I'm leaning towards her having a gameplan, milking things, BUT just being generally unintelligent and unable to carry things out in a way that seems genuine.
PS: I know a few people who have taken Media Studies at Uni. Some of them are quite smart and savvy. Others - far from it. It's a general arts program, the kind that anyone can make it through as long as they put in some effort. It's not a technical degree like Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or Medicine; where only the strongest and most intelligent make it through.

Yea, but you need to be in drama to win now, but probably more when it was VTS. Too many vanilla bland characters like Daley and Sam mean when it comes to the final why would public pick up phone. The audience is a bit savvier now given that Aaron won BB12 by being in 99% of all the drama that year and a witty gameplayer. There were only 2 eps he didn't feature in (1 was the weird previously recap episode and the other was when Jay made the racial joke about white girls but Aaron still stole the show at the end - sad that i remember that!!)

She had it in the bag though. Dexter, Gina & Dan were causing all the drama and she was completely safe! She should have just played it cool while the strongest people got evicted, and then she could have come out of her shell and 'played the game' in the last few weeks. If she was in the final against Sophie, the Twins, Callum, and Charlie for example, her chances would have been decent. Now though, she might go on Friday. And if she doesn't, she very well might go the following week.

Yes, she over played her hand but she did need to do something to stay relevant others she would head back to Daley-ville.
Totally disagree with that tbh, Jackie is running the show, she does the majority of the cooking, decides what they are eating and actually tells other housemates no they cant have that when they suggest things they would like to eat.
The cook run's the house.

Jackie has no influence imo other than over Charlie and being a surrogate mother to Hazel.
