Well they'll sure as hell have some pissed off people when no one comes down the stairs.

I think that the evicted hm's will have to leave the house as normal [for authenticity] and will descend the stairs as usual...and then be ushered into the disabled entrance doorway at the bottom of the stairway....I could be wrong...but I think that there will still be the same 'intelligent mob' present.
