Why can't Gina and Dexter think up their own ideas of what to do to the housemates ?

Doesn't BB want them too or is it BB gives them choices to select from because their worried Gina and Dexter don't have the brains or imagination to come up with ideas themselves ?

Hardly being in full control when they are choosing from ideas that BB give them.

they did let them but they found ginas idear of beheading housemates and dexters plan of torture was a bit to much so now bb choose
dex n gina picked the questions for charlies interogation though ( they are good questions lol ) :)

These tasks that BB put together have been months in planning. They have to be prepared for every possible outcome, otherwise they lose some control.

Like the prison sandwiches today, they had to be prepared with the ingredients. If they had asked Dexter & Gina to propose a meal, it would mean going out and getting those ingredients.

In a show like this you can't relay on ideas from housemates, because then you're not in control.
