I see a few of you wanting Sam to win. May I ask why? In my opinion he has done nothing so far to warrant winning the show? Yes, he is a nice guy but surely that is not reason to crown him winner?

He just doesn't get on Air and neither does sophie really, this is the only problem i'm finding with this years bb coverage were not getting to see a whole lot of these people, maybe because their not doing much but still, i think the coverage is quite weak to be honest and the stuff their showing us isn't giving us much to go on, were not getting the whole picture of anyone

The only reason he doesn't get airtime is because he doesn't spend every waking moment bitching about other housemates and how unfair the tasks are.

nono, this isn't an excuse 'all the others are bitchy etc' if you do something you WILL get air-time, he's evidently not, all he did was get shirtless on the first night, have Jemima rub him up and chop onions, we are 4 weeks in, he's clearly just a dull boy out of his comfort zone.

Sam will not have many fans, even I am not a fan of his really, but he won't make many enemies either and that's why he will sail to the final and lose out to somebody who is more 'entertaining'.

Well he could actually be funny or interesting to get airtime as well but he is neither of those two things, he doesn't even take part in any discussions really either, it really is a waste of time him being in the house, even bloody Hira was a better housemate

his only hope is if he survives a few more weeks when the house is quieter and he can get a word in edgeways......he seems a bit shy and awkward ....I do sympathise though hes 70% deaf so he cant hear and due to this deafness his speech is a little slow, added to a very thick south walian accent makes him harder to understand.....so he cant hear and he cant be heard by a noisy crowd of housemates, its a double whammy

I have to say Im proud of him going in there though for months on 24 hour live tv, with that impediment, that takes serious guts imho....that alone deserves respect but of course very unlikely to win him the show

Can I just backtrack a little bit on the Sam and Jemima situation. So it was ok for him to say to Jemima as soon as the first night " you make my winky expand" but when he lost interest and she was flirtatious back suddenly she's coming on too strong, she's too old, make him uncomfortable and he's playing the victim? :conf: I hate men oh let me count the ways

I used to completely forget he was there.
I've paid a bit more attention recently to the snippets we get to see of him.
He seems very normal and down to earth, and he has a lovely friendship going with Callum.
All in all he seems very nice and I suspect also clever. I would like to see more of him in the highlight shows.

I'm down with Sam. Almost all of the housemates this season are un-likeable. Nothing says that statement is correct than Gina being the most loved housemate. Any other season she would be the first one out. Complete spoiled bitch.

I was glad when he got the task to be the sabeutour (sp) cos I thought we'll get to see him on the hls but we hardly saw anything of that task on the hls after all. He does seem ok but a winner? Nah, he'd be one of the worst winners ever.
