If someone is being seriously intimidating, they would not hang around, BB have a duty of care to the HMs so waiting to expel him on a pre planned live segment just wouldn't happen.

It is quite possible they have been expelled from the Safe House for breaching the rules, ie wandering around the main house or perhaps because of Daleys lies to Hazel about needing to come back inside.
