I fully agree that Daley was in the wrong - the way he treated Hazel was unhinging, it was scary.
I felt uncomfortable just watching it. I can only imagine what Hazel would of felt like being in that small room with him.
BUT - I do think Big Brother itself, needs to ****ing wise up and stop with the absolute arselicking of Ofcom. When it first went to Channel 5 we all got happy with the prospect of the housemates being able to get away with alot more than they did in BB11 etc
Evidently not.
'You were aggressive in your behaviour towards Daley. At 1:03AM, you smacked his behind.'
Really? That's pretty funny talk for a show that basis itself around Hot Tub Sex and 'STEAMY SECRET ROOMS' every ****ing year isn't it?
I'm Sorry, I just think it's abit ridiculous now - Channel 4 weren't even this on edge during BB8 after the whole Jade Goody thing. This just seems to of came out of the blue for the producers this year.
So many housemates have been given serious warnings, and have been made out to be the worst people in society - for TRIVIAL things, take Jemima for example. It's an absolute disgrace IMO. The housemates can't ******ing burp without being shouted at.

I think initially Daley and Hazel should have spoken to BB together.

I disagree entirely. She wouldn't have dared be honest with him in the room.BB had to make their own decision and did so correctly. He could have only got worse.

If BB hadn't warned her would you then have been shouting unfair treatment , she slapped Daley etc.I know a lot of people would.

I think all of the warnings have been justified this year, I actually would have understood Hazel being ejected for pulling Daley's shorts down, as it could be seen as sexual assault.

But she didn't pin him down to the bed and put her hands around his neck.

Let's not forget the instance where she was laying on top of him saying, "I won't go until I get a hug!"
Imagine if the situation were reversed?
Imagine the bra burning mob off lezzers marching on the Ofcom offices!!!
Oh but I forgot, a woman CANNOT sexually harass a man............can they?

Sorry I meant before things got well out of hand, after the first couple of slaps. To make sure these were nothing more, I think then they would know things were getting inappropriate and if they were portraying roleplay it would have seized up.

Don't get me wrong - I am in NO WAY defending Daley here.
What he did was threatening and CRIMINAL. It's just as another poster said, you cannot continually poke a pitbull with a stick and then cry when it attacks you.
She is as *****ing stupid as he is.

That's all well and good but Daley being reprimanded for slapping her arse too hard and his further threatening her would have been a double standard had Hazel not also been warned for the times she did it.
If you get into the grey area of it being ok for her to slap him on the arse but not him to slap hers then you get into a load of problems on where to draw the line.

She was flirting playing and then backed down and quietened when she realised he was serious. That was fairly obvious.
Like she said, she'd never seen him like that and presumed it was part of the joke. It wasn't.

Daley was genuinely annoyed with Hazel for disturbing his sleep because she was feeling raunchy. He was also a bit drunk and I suspect she was as well.
She played with fire ("Go for it!" ) and got a little bit burned.
They should BOTH have been thrown out. Hazel has been fortunate to get just a warning.

It's totally obvious to me that they had already decided that Daley's behaviour wasn't acceptable and that he had to go so knowing that they really had to give Hazel a warning to make it all above board and on the level.
If they hadn't we'd have people starting threads saying "Well Hazel Should have got a warning for smacking his ass etc. etc", guaranteed!
They were just dotting the I's and crossing the T's.

They are both idiots. But they are adults and must take the consequences of their actions.
I agree that BB could not have got away with punishing Daley severely without handing out some punishment, albeit a very mild one, to Hazel.
Endemol/C5 may yet be faced with legal action by Daley, especially if he feels his good name has been impugned, and they need to show they acted evenhandedly.

How lovely for him. More people for him to blame his issues on and avoid getting help.

truth is CH5 let him off kinda easy, there was some bad things from the livefeed they left off (his drunken anger/swearing on his kid's life)

Hold on - does Daley have a kid to Katie?
Also what was the context in which he swore on the kid's life? I missed live feed.

Daley told Hazel, who was sitting outside in the garden talking to Charlie, that BB had called them to return to the house. I think he then swore on his child's life when Hazel questioned this.
Edit: It was however not the case, BB confirmed on Twitter.

no, it is with another woman not Katie.
Think he said BB wanted Hazel to come into bed with him (they never said so) and he swore on his kid's life that they did.

So you are against what he did yet you think they shouldn't have expelled him for your entertainment. The real truth is they should have had the balls to tell him exactly what was going too far the first time he was called into the diary room and I'm afraid some things come before your entertainment

I agree the Hazel warning was silly, but you know they had to or otherwise people would have bitched and said 'why did he get ejected but she didn't even get a warning' etc. and BB probably didn't want to deal with the BS backlash

I totally agree with this, he should never have been let return to the safe house, and Hazel should have only been allowed to return to the main house, why it took them until 4pm the following day to boot him out is the worst bit of this for me, as well as Saint Hazel returning to the safe house and getting into bed with him.

This is what i dont get.... BB allowed them both back into the safe house & according to Daley they cuddled & talked/laughed about what happened. It wasnt until late in the afternoon the next day they ejected Daley. Why did BB put them back together & why wait all that time to eject him :conf:

Yea hazel stopped as soon as she knew he wasn't messing around she moved to the side and gave him his cover back, at that moment it should of stopped if he was just messing but he didn't he took it further, telling her to respect her elders and that he would nut her if she didn't and actually pretended to nut her, he needed to go out, that is completely out of order, words can't describe how about it was, i honestly couldn't watch it, he needed to go, i mean if thats him after just a few drinks, and how controlling he is of her when he sober, it would only get worse. and the whole hazel thing, pulling pants down, no i'm sorry, get over it bb, you allowed to show it, :S you have the control, liver feed or not, we all know that their is a couple of minutes delay just incase something serious happens, but yet you put it on air, so how bb can say, that it is being broadcast is a joke, jesus it's abit of fun, i like how they say that about pulling his pants down in a darkened room, but dexter running naked around the garden is ok lol give me a break.

If you pay close attention to Hazels reactions throughout the incident, when exactly does she start to withdraw??

They both needed action taken, Hazel got a warning, and Daley deservedly got the much more severe punishment of ejection.

bb this year is shocking. first the pathetic racist thing where you have to fancy black guys or your racists lol wtf then the caravan thing apperently saying caravan is against gypsies travelers lol wtf
now slapping a bum and pulling short down is bad lol funny thats what people do when going out.
i agree with the threatening thing 100% etc but they need to start getting real.
you wont be able to say or do anything one day.

After watching, I thought it was entirely sexual and role-playing on Daley's part. I don't think he'd harm Hazel, and I don't truly believe she thought that either, as per her comments the following morning and reactions at the time, until BB interfered/intervened. But, hey, BDSM has no place in the Big Brother house, as its mysteries cannot be construed as healthy or safe so easily.
Removing Daley is erring on the side of caution. They had to do it. When Hazel gets out, she'll probably be zippered up in leather or vinyl, tied to a stake, and daring him to recreate the scene, replete with whip and/or riding crop. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/pp32/sharkattack_torrential/smilies/wink.gif
In the meantime, I'd like to hear Hazel's opinions on this, to the others, before offering too many more opinions of my own. :joker:
I think it was because if Daley was being reprimanded over smacking Hazel's behind then it would have seemed unfair that Hazel wasn't warned over the same thing.

But what you guys have to flipping understand and use your Brains to see Daley wasnt serious plus HE WAS DRUNK. What he done was unacceptable of course but im sorry this might create a stir, butt if hazel was in Daley shoes i doubt she would get ejected lol...

As far as I can see she was smiling, laughing and giving banter right up until BB called Daly to the Diary Room. She only got serious after she was brought back to the reality that other people were watching. I honestly believe that she was embarrassed having been caught in the act so to speak.
I would classify her talk about feeling threatened as backtracking to make herself look more innocent. I imagine she would be petrified random punters on the outside would assume she was up for the S & M and be straight up violent with her. I would bet she will regret saying 'I'm not afraid of aggressive men'
