How in Week 1, you lot all hated Daley and called him absolute deadwood and the bore of the series? No one expected him to be involved in one of the biggest moments did they?
Same thing happened last Summer with Conor, he started of a complete dullard in the background and then came to the forefront in a situation alot like Daley's - however Conor didn't actually act upon any physical violence towards women what so ever.
Just two little links I wanted to point out :p
> Dull Male
> Suddenly becomes big character
> Threats/Actual violence towards a Female Housemate
> Leaves the house in a peculiar way
Next Summer, keep an eye on the BB15 House Bore  x

My opinion of him didn't change much!
He just turned out to be a bit more thuggish and morally void than he initially appeared but i'm really not surprised. He's shown signs of his true self along the way.

I'm not saying he's an interesting character who we adore - because Conor was abit of a dick head too. Infact, he was an almighty *****.
But both housemates (and I remember BB13 clearly) were highly regarded as bores on here, who would never bring anything to the show or be involved in any standout moments.
Where as both of them, infact were. It just shows on the first week we never can tell who's going to be involved in certain storylines.

I don't really see the parallel... Conor was pretty harmless throughout, other than the one pretty vile comment in his little "song". He wasn't very nice to a lot of people but he was a pretty standard Big Brother villain. He also created my absolute favourite big brother moment in history in the White Room. I hated him throughout the series, but when he stole that money from Luke S... and Luke S's little face... "b-b-b-but I thought you wanted to go to the final??" -- "This is for me 'n' the missus man...". BB gold. I watched it over about 20 times.
This Daley situation on the other hand... not even entertaining. It's given us plenty to talk about but let's face it... it was horrible to watch, and is a horrible situation. I think it's slightly beyond any previous BB incident, to be honest.

Conor carried his series, Daley is boring and was one of the most boring housemates in their

Not often a bore gets ejected lol. But the main difference is Conor was actually a great HM and was the highlight of last series as a result. Daley was just there.

Callum was more boring than Daley

I use to be one of the few people who stuck up for Conor, and didn't think what he said last year was that bad.
The second I make a thread comparing it, everyone then agrees that Conor wasn't that bad of a housemate.
It's just in January, people on here still hadn't got over Conor's comment about Deana :bored: - he's still a vile person though all around, Daley didn't seem to show that side of his personality. Makes me wonder if it would of got shown more if he had of stayed in the house.
Because (this may sound ridiculous) despite everything, I still would of regarded Daley as a more likeable person than Conor.

Awful person, great HM. The whole forum was pretty much pages about Conor at the time.

Conor is quite possibly my least favourite HM ever.
This situation with Daley is very confusing, I dont know if he thought he was still play fighting turn roleplaying or if he knew damn right he was angry and being an aggressive bastard towards Hazel.

Conor and Daley were still boring though? Being an asshole doesn't automatically make you this riveting, exciting big character like everyone else seems to think. Yes they were assholes but that doesn't automatically mean that they're not boring. Because they both are.

Threatening/acting out physical violence on women is not entertaining imo, especially when that's all they will be remembered for as they did nothing else in the house.

Conor was not a good person nor a good housemate. The only memorable things he did were threaten Deana and walk out with money. Really, he contributed nothing to the series except bitch about Deana and do stupid pranks for attention.
To say he carried the series is absolutely laughable. He wasn't even a good villain, he was just a nasty, greedy, ignorant person. Extremely one dimensional and generally uninteresting.
The only reason people kept talking about him was because he was such a waste of space and nobody wanted him on the show. Literally one of the worst housemates of all time, and the biggest **** stain on BB13.
Daley is not nearly as bad as Conor, but his interaction with Hazel was probably worse. I found him to be a more interesting person than Conor, but still generally a bore who will only be remembered for cheating on his girlfriend and his ejection.
