View Full Version : How low will BOTS stoop for ratings?
Vicky.

Just had a thought there, do you think they would be low enough to have Daley on the panel when Hazel is evicted? Usually ejected HMs have nothing to do with the show, but it seems different this time. Emma appeared to be on his side tonight, as were a lot of the audience, and now they star publishes the story blaming Hazel...
I hope they don't do this, but I can definitely see it happening :bored:
I don't think they will give him any more tv time now tbh like I don't think he will be at the final or that, at least I hope they wont :suspect:

I really hope not but I have a feeling that Hazel is going to get a much rougher time by BOTS when she gets out than poor, manipulated Daley has done :bored:

bbots has become a total farce, biased views constantly they are so out of touch with the general viewers. getting katie on was the first stoop to lowness and now the daley interview

I didn't think they would have thrown the pair in the safe house and then plough them with alcohol, but they did....
Though I really don't think they would have him on the panel when she's evicted.

She was totally complicit in the events we saw last night, she knows it, we know it, Dan doesnt know it yet cause she left out her complicity, conveniently
Maybe Dan will start to wonder what really went on, when the crowd on Friday night are still screaming Get Hazel Out, he will know that she is not the 'victim' here but at the very least, complicit in the whole thing
Big Brother have let themselves down here by not removing her too. If a male housemate pulled down the shorts of a female housemate, they would be immediately removed, but because BB was (STILL, EVEN AT THAT POINT) hoping there would be some sexual activity, they allowed it to continue, regardless of his tone
All at fault, both should have been kicked out

Not a walker, hell they practically gave the show to Mark for a few weeks after he walked.

You lot are unbelievable, she has been disturbing in her pursuit of this guys nether regions, she wanted a sex story on the show and has not left him alone for the last 4 weeks
None of that is an excuse for his behaviour but please stop acting as those this is an innocent girl here, I cannot even express my opinion of her on here because I would be removed but trust me when I say im very glad she is not in my family

fact is in situations like this men always get slaughtered while women play the victim part.

But Daley is already turning that around, e.g. his DS article. Maybe he's got a PR guru.......... Dexter's firm? ;)

Pathetic - I thought we had seen the last of those hideous eyebrows - but no - we needed to see AJ and Wool-Fish shovelling barnyard animal droppings - speaks volumes...this show is now really scaling the dizzy heights of total trash...

Yeah, I'm a bit apprehensive that Hazel will get a tougher time on BOTS.
Even before this incident she seems to take the rap for their "relationship" with some double standard claptrap.

While he, the one in the actual relationship, the father, the guy who couldnt make up his mind on such a basic issue like his girlfriend status. The man that has no issues with "nutting" women that he has in a strangle hold.
Where is your anger towards him? How would you like to be in his family. If you were to speak your mind on him, would you be equally removed?
Or in your opinion is the single girl more guilty than the taken man?

As I said in another thread, when daleys actions were mentioned tonight, everyone was at pains to say 50/50. But when hazel was mentioned, it was left open ended.
Its quite clear how hazel will be treated and she wont be given the time to blame being hungry, or tired, or anyother excuse that was allowed in daleys defense

Daley has fired the first shot in the salvo, including going to a newspaper and the BOTS interview.
Hazel will find it difficult to recover from that. Ironically if they had both been kicked out, she could have returned fire, as it were, immediately.
For now, Daley has the advantage. I'm quite surprised at how quick he has acted. He must be well advised.

I wouldn't be in the least surprised to see Daley and Hazel having a hug on BOTS........... with Katie in the audience forcing a smile and clapping along with the rest of them!

I wonder, if in the next couple of days, Hazel might realise he's out there voicing his opinion, could this start to play with her mind.
I know if I was in there with all those hours doing nothing that my mind would start to wonder/speculate what might be happening.
(Not that I would ever put myself into this mindf... of a show).

It would be very irresponsible of them to that considering BB removed him for threatening behavior towards her................still wouldn't be surprised if they did though

The grilling Emma gave Hazel's friend displayed her bias against Hazel. Since when did a lighthearted pre eviction segment warrant harder questioning than someone removed for threatening behaviour?

My main gripe with BOTS is how it's more and more obvious what/who the presenters and the people that make the show like/dislike. It's becoming very biased and is really not the way to run a Big Brother show.
They need to stay as neutral as possible - and tell the presenters to cut out with their personal views! Some small comments are fine but Rylan for example shows a huge love for Jackie, slags off the other housemates and has openly slated live feed. He shouldn't be doing that, as a presenter he should appear as neutral as possible. I've gotten a bit fed up of it to be honest.
AJ is just as bad. Emma is the only presenter that tries to stay as neutral as possible, she does express her own opinions now and again but it's done very subtly so does not have a massive impact on a way the viewer would watch the show. I worry about the way AJ and Rylan express their views quite explicitly though, which could almost sway the views of those who watch it.

It's disgraceful, I just don't understand how anyone can defend him especially other women. He pretty much shown abusive behavior and people are blaming Hazel for it? It would not surprise me if in the coming months we hear a news story about him attacking a future girlfriend because he's shown that he has the markings of an abuser.
People who defend him make me quite honestly sick.

I agree totally . It backfired and she then had the gall to say she didn't want her time in the house to be all about him. She is morally bankrupt.

I agree with what you say. The thing that puzzles me is why they were allowed to sleep in the same room. Says to me BB took some time to decide if they could get way with what they had done or not done.

Hazel must have been asked if she was ok with going back to sleep in the same room as Daley.
She must have said yes. Not to ask the question would have been a serious breach of BB's duty of care.
Once she consented, it would then be her responsibility.
The trouble is we have only been shown snippets of what happened in the DR. I'll bet each of them was in there for at least half an hour or so.

From what she has said, after the initial feeling of being threatened, she was fine with him.It was just that few seconds when she was frightened.

Amen. Apart from "single girl"; she's over 18 so that makes her an adult, and an adult female is known as a woman. Sorry to be a pedant-it's a pet hate of Mine calling a woman a girl.

A bit of common sense, plus some knowledge of law, will tell you Hazel was not frogmarched back to the safe house by security! :D
Plus her attitude towards Daley the following morning, as I recall asking him if he ok and jumping into his bed to cuddle him.
Hazel herself knows it takes two to tango, even if some on the forum are in denial! ;)

........Probably wearing a brightly coloured bikini being asked lots of suggestive questions-a real dumed down (not to mention) watered down piece on her time in the house.
I hope she's really picky about who she talks to-the lads mags'll just be out to exploit her to sell more of their rather sexist, patronising c**p.

She said she was fine with him yeah but from what they did show on H/Ls she didn't look at all comfortable with him to me. I think she was taking responsibility for her part in it and not trying to blame him but she didn't look that comfortable, I do think it was a side of him she was shocked to have seen tbh

She didn't actually playfully jump into his bed and cuddle him though. He asked her for a hug which she gave him but she jumped back out and walked far away from the bed literally 2 minutes later...............quite different to how she 'd been acting with him prior to last night

Good point. I wonder sometimes if they dragged their heals when there was a "race row" between Shilpa Shetty and the late Jade Goody-they could've steppedin much sooner instead, they sat there and let it get out of hand.
