They are nice decent genuine people, that's how they've come across to me, and whilst I agree with you that Dexter has been an excellent housemate and a major talking point, he's not a particularly nice person.

The only times I've seen her, I've completely been repulsed by her. Her voice, her mannerisms, her aggressive attitude, her lack of vocabulary. She's not funny, people just find her voice funny, and to me she's just Jade Goody II. Trash.

I'm sorry but that's the point of big brother. The majority of people only watch the highlights show and therefore, it's quite reasonable that they would then make the judgements on what they see in the show. That is not to say that what we see is representative of their characters, it's just Han nature to judge what we see right in front of us.

Problem is, Sam comes across as interesting when we see him on the LF. Sophie still comes across as a self-centered complainer.

Sophie's voice grates on me and there doesn't seem to be much depth to her. I'm glad she's not mega-bitchy and doesn't come across as fame-hungry, but I also fail to see any point in championing her mediocrity.

You're probably right. I have tended to switch off once the grating noise starts. Just tried to think of five Sophie moments other than just whingeing at Dan, which I backed her on to be fair, and I can't come up with one.
