I think they'll announce the "nominations" and then when they have the normal last and (as after listing off nominations normally goes) they'll say:
"these nominations are false. The people in the safehouse are the true nominees."

I would think that would be the most dramatic way to do it??? That way everyone knows where the votes to evict are plus we'll get to see how they react in the safehouse for 2 days.

I can't really see them not being told until eviction night, they have to pack their things away in preparation for eviction and get ready too.
I think it is most likely going to be done before the lines open as to the reveal of the true twist.
