Which, in my opinion, is only fair.
It's an integral part of the experience to face eviction, there are housemates who have managed to go an entire series never doing so (I believe Josie pulled this off). Not only is it a rite of passage for the housemates, it means the public are given the opportunity to potentially evict every housemate on at least one occasion, and considering "You Decide", that seems only right.
Sophie & Sam would've reached the final no problem, and not only would the public never have been given the chance to evict them, they would have missed that experience.

EDIT: Dan & Charlie have both been nominated, but due to other circumstances havent been up for eviction. We should hope this changes.
