I just didn't like the fact he said he can't hate him basically because how he looks.

There's no need to judge him on what he's like on how he looks.

I would've preferred if Dan said he did hate him and that he annoyed him because of the way he acts...but basically fobbed it off because he's a skinny guy with a little arse?!

Yeah it's odd, I'm not sure why everyone in the house is so bothered about Dexter. He's the topic of conversation 24/7 it seems. And it's usually negative. When Dexter walks around and has a chat with different people, it's stirring the pot and he has a gameplan. When the other housemates do it, or when people in the real world do it, it's just having a chat.
