I don't think it matters whether you are or not, the Bb house and especially this series of secrets and lies would do anyones head in and have them acting differently.

I would guess Callum has intelligence and is a fair bit different and more confident as to how he acts once outside the BB house again.

You're confusing confidence with intelligence. Truly CONFIDENT people do not brag. They know who they are and are comfortable in their own skin.

I know a number of Mensa members who brag about it cause that is their whole identity.

Yes that's true - Dexter repeatedly kept calling him analytically and 'on paper' extremely intelligent. Callum said something like, "being good at sums isn't going to help me much in the house"
He didn't seem to be really bragging, well no moreso than Dexter anyways who also kept saying that he was far more "observationally" and 'street smart" compared to Callum.

You are right some people are confident of there intelligence however Callum constant bragging comes off as insecurity .

I think he is of average intelligence. The description of him being intelligent originated from the man himself in that awful VT .. the 'deceptively intelligent' quote. What he really is though is a major bull****ter.
