He might leave the DR in a straitjacket.
If he ever gets to be a teacher he'll be crapped upon from a great height by the kids. So naive.

This has to be one of the most offensive posts I've read on here. So it's okay to accuse someone of having mental health problems just because it fits in with some people's narrow perceptions of how others should act and it's okay to laugh and jeer at this perception.
the fact is we all have mental health problems of one sort or another, look into your own pysche and justify your own pettiness and irrationality, look at your own inadequacies and foibles and try to deny you have issues from your own past (IPOR that's the general "you", not the original poster in particular).
However, that aside, lets just laugh and jeer as a self satified crowd, at someone who is "unique", someone who doesn't follow the herd, someone who has identified his own emotional and mental standards, someone who tries and fails to be understood by others.
I am unable to express the contempt I feel for finding cheap and tawdry humour against mental health issues, whether real or deserved. perhaps that inability to express this contempt is it's own statement!

Well said Calyman. The lad obviously has self-esteem issues but so does half of Britain!! Seriously, self-worth issues lay at the heart of many people's problems in life. At least Callum had the honesty to say it and own that issue perse. He has a lot of good things going for him. He just needs to realise his own worth!
