Take it.
I'm not stupid enough to pass up £50,000 when it's being offered.
Especially if I was there with people who hated me. I'd be like see you losers.

Take the money
Calderyon
01-08-2013, 09:48 PM
But taking the money basically makes you a joint winner... So why wouldn“t you just take it? 50k is too much money to just pass on.
At the end of the day, it is a gameshow which is about money, right. Otherwise there wouldn“t be a prize involved.

I wouldn't. I believe in karma so that's why I wouldn't.

I'd be gone with every penny of it in a second. Screw them before they screw you. Very few people you can trust in this world where money is concerned. I've seen families rip each others hair out over it.

Absolutely, even if it was just £5K if Id been in the house until mid-series at least. Then Id have a good proportion of BB experience (probably before it goes stale!) and well, free moneys.
People are there for 2 things -money and exposure. Anyone who says otherwise is lying for votes. Taking the money gets you both, waiting til the final means a 1 in 5 chance of the money and less exposure after the show.

Absolutely................ Yes!
Unless I was 100% certain I would win, which I never could be. Why the hell not? I wouldn't owe anything to a group of random people I was shacked up with!
I can't imagine taking more than 2 seconds to think about it.

Nah tbh. If I'm ever actually a housemate I wouldn't go in for the money anyways. It'd be nice but i'd be more happy just to be there. Plus if I did go i'd want to be properly evicted

Of course I'd take it £50k of easy money who in their right mind wouldn't.
We were discussing this last night in my house and if I was in Hazel's position and knew I had no chance of wining I would take the money
Wouldn't anybody feel they cheated if they took it and didn't deserve it? seriously?

Depends really on what you consider deserve...Sophie or Sam could win this year and neither IMO deserve it .I am by no means a Hazel fan but think she has put up with alot considering she knows what the public think of her and I would have no problem with her walking away with some of the money.

She has but if the public don't think her deserving of any of the prize fund then her taking any of it would be a misconduct.

But alot of the public already consider her a ***** ,slut ,homewrecker .If the public thought that of me I strongly doubt that I would turn down some money because they thought I was undeserving or that it was a misconduct.

That's up to the discretion of the person in question I guess and we all have our own moralities.
The only thing that wouldn't be in question would be that if the public found out that she did something like that she would be vilified, even more than you reckon she is currently.

Is money more important than doing the decent thing or are we that money obsessed as a society? That saddens me a bit really.

Doing the "decent" thing doesn't apply to Big Brother though, it's a tacky Reality show (as much as I love it)

Yeah, generally. To me anyway. I dont care too much about decency, especially when it comes to a show like BB.
