Dexter's girlfriend and Charlie

Dexter has a girlfriend on the outside. Charlie knew it and flirted with him openly. it is exactly like Daley and Hazel situation, but only worse. Then why both Dexter and Charlie are so forgiven and forgotten? I don't understand why people put them up on pedestal. Dexter is obviously worse than Daley, Charlie is far worse than Hazel in their behaviors. Double standards?

dexter cannot threaten anyone in the house physically, any girl in and outside the house can beat him up. he is a delicate flower it comes to anything physical. his mouth is his only weapon.

It is a good point. But every time they have Dexter's "friends" on BOTS they are always different beautiful girls. And notice we haven't seen that girlfriend more than once? Gotta love a man who will buy girlfriends and friends.

I think the comparison between Charlie and Hazel is a bit extreme. Charlie has never over stepped the mark of the boundaries that anyone could label her a home wrecker, as they have done Hazel .
She has always maintained her interest in Dexter is purely friendship.
Theres bound to be some degree of flirting between members of the opposite sex when they live together in such close proximity, esp when alcohol is involved, and its all been pretty harmless between Charlie and Dexter.....
