I remember in BB9 final (Rachel Rice) there was no mention, no clips no reference to ejectees Alex and Dennis. Will Daley be brushed out of final e.g. he had been pals with Sam and Dexter, wonder if Emma will ignore this and talk over and quickly change subject if Daley is mentioned.

Highly unlikely he'll be there. If only because the finalists will only just be out and would be asking questions, but Hazel will be there also, and their different perspectives on it could cause it to massively kick off. Too risky.

If he'd come out of the house cap in hand and said "i like Hazel, I would never have hurt her, it was just playing that got out of hand and I'd like to apologise to her for scaring her, i didn't realise..." It might have been a different story, but he's been all over the press / the bots interview playing the victim, whining like a toddler and blaming hazel so... No...

Daley has an agent and his agent will have access to lawyers. I wouldn't put it past him to ask for a solicitor's letter to be sent to Endemol if there is any attempt to airbrush him out of BB history.

Dead easy out....we are not inviting daley for security reasons and his own safety.

...I'm sure they'd be quaking in their boots, under legal threat from Daley's dime-a-dozen publicist.

Daley is in a very weak bargaining position; all they would have to do is supply footage of the threatening incident in court and the (doubtless) other unshown footage they have of him behaving in an intimidating way, to demonstrate that him not being allowed to attend was for the safety and security of other housemates. Thankfully, courts of law are not run by teenage girls, and so would clearly see the footage for what it is: inexcusable.

Then Daley is liable for his own legal costs, Endemol's legal costs, and court costs.

Not going to happen.

Not to mention that he is clearly very angry with Hazel. If they did allow him to go and he hit her, shoved her, got in her face or even just verbally abused her... THAT is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
