Day 55: Gina and Charlie are A-OK

Last night, all heck broke loose when Charlie's friend Sophie nominated Hazel during friends and family, leading to a big fall out between former BFFs Charlie and Hazel. Initially, even though her boyfriend Ed had nominated Hazel, too, Gina became the Irish glamourpuss' new confidante. Which was weird, seeing as there's been little love lost between the two of them for weeks now.

But of course, a day is a long time in the Big Brother House, and a hell of a lot can happen. So we were not surprised to see Gina and Charlie having a chinwag earlier today, and it seems that Gina might have switched her alliance to Ms Travers after all.

In a little chat this afternoon, Charlie said of Gina's choice to side with Hazel "I don't blame you." Pretty understanding, considering how things went last night, huh? When Charlie said "feeling misunderstood last night was my worst social experience ever" Gina had to concede "I was impressed by how you handled it." Dexter was on hand to offer asides, as is his wont.

After a bit more back and forth about Gina's boyfriend pointing the nomination stick at Charlie, things took a turn for the character assassination, and Dexter, Gina and Charlie got stuck in to a bit of gentle Hazel-bashing. Their consensus? She's in it to play a game. She's in it to win. She's in it to further her career.

So, Charlie and Gina are allied now, but for how long...?

I am past caring if it has :D BB have interfered wayyyy too much this BB. All the housemates have their Pros and cons, so I will just stick by and hope one of the three I still find entertaining are in the final at least.

After everything Hazel's been through and her becoming friends with Charlie, charlie's changed her tune pretty quick. Siding with Gina is just mad as well, she's vile and she'll destroy Charlie in the D.R when she gets chance.

I can't help feel bad for Hazel-she's had a rough time in the house and now, because she was hurt that that a friend of her friend nominated her for how another h.m behaved, that friend has dropped her like a stone.

If I was her I'd walk and say to hell with the lot of you.She'll get slaughtered by the press if she comes out the house as a h.m (she's fair game apparently) and when she's evicted the crowd'll eat her alive.

Did you watch the same show?? What WAS weird was Hazel suddenly sitting having heart to hearts with Gina (the favourite to win inside the house no less) and telling utter bare faced lies (not just badly remembered but utter lies) to everyone to turn them further against her so called bessie mate in the house over something somebody outside the house said!?!

Hazel showed her true colours tonight, she lost her mojo a few weeks back and I actually started kinda liking her, but no nasty hazelbot 3000 (emotion chip missing monotone voice firmly in place) came out tonight.

The ridiculous indignant rage she showed about Charlie doubting her was all for the other HMs show, Charlie had already discussed that with her face to face ages ago and it was dealt with. Hazel knows her position is precarious, she knows currently the public barely saved her, so she thought she'd re-position her alliances in the house in a heartbeat and throw her mate under the bus.

I mean honestly Ive seen some whoppers told in there but that one she told Dexter was as big as they come, it not only didn't happen that way at all, but the person badmouthing Dexter was Hazel herself. I dont even like Charlie but that was the biggest stitch up job by someones so called friend ive ever seen, Hazel totally hung her out to dry and tried to play the wounded victim. Wont wash with the public love, prepare to be evicted on Friday cause we are privvy to your lies.
