24 Hour Tasks

I miss the 24 hour shopping tasks where they needed to stay up all through the night, I miss watching how the housemates coped with stuff like that. :(

Or even just tasks that they had to actually put a lot of effort into...

The shopping tasks now are terrible compared to the way they used to be.

Yeah I agree, they need to make them stay up for 48 hours again...it's simple stuff like that that can create drama

I miss the random endurance tasks too that they used to do, like BB7's 'who can stand on this box the longest' (and then the prize was something sh*t :laugh:) and of course the amazing BB6 box task <333

Instead of endurance stuff nowadays cause that's actually challenging and interesting it's all about glitter and electric shocks and pain and spandex and confetti and Marcus shouting whilst there's some sparkly graphics xxx

Insomnia marathon task would be incredible, like "Shattered" all over again.

I want a task where they are all given an unlimited supply of their favourite food, but that is all they can eat for a certain period of time.

The problem with these stay-awake tasks is that is completely knackers the housemates. Knackered housemates do not make good viewing. All they want to do is lay around and sleep. God only knows what Sam would be like if they had to stay up over 24 hours!

The fire task BB2 was the best task ever.
When its an endurance task with the housemates working together in shifts of pairs or 3 people you get to see some of the best conversations and real friendships developing.
Its what made me love big brother to start with not the screaming idiotic rows that they seem to push for these days thats just cheap tv.
The show is so dumbed down now it makes me sad to see it in this state.

This task is the one that always springs to mind Sree being useless and Marcus telling it how it is - loved it. They really need to bring this stuff back imo.
