View Full Version : Would you be disappointed if Sam won?

Yes or No? I certainly would be. It would defeat the whole purpose of an entertainment show.

I would be thrilled

Yes, he has been nice can't fault that but he hasn't EVER entertained or interested me at all. If he wins I think he is the least worthy winner ever on BB UK

Would be absolutely gutted..seeing him get handed 100K for doing basically ****** ALL..a crappy end to a fairly good series

There are no entertaining housemates this series, only loud housemates. Big Brother fans can't work out the difference for some reason.

Nope I wouldn't be disappointed at all.

As soon as we got live feed, I started seeing how much he interacted and added to the house.

He seems like a nice guy.

I wouldn't mind but hopefully he would do something decent with the money like open a centre for deaf kids or something like that. But he would probably buy prostitutes, criistal, holidays and cars. :(

No, as long as it prevents Gina from winning. Otherwise i would like someone else to win.

Dull, uninvolved housemates shouldn't win Big Brother.

I'd only be disappointed if he beat Gina for the win.

Yes.. nice guys finish last.

He's lovely, but rewarded for doing **** all for 9 weeks. yeah no ta. We have had enough terrible winners as it is.

I'd probably get over it after 10 minutes though like I did last year when Luke A robbed Deana.

He's is fully aware that he had the sympathy vote in the bag from week 1 as oddschecker have pointed out. He talked about how well others with problems won or got very far in the show very early on. So it's a gone conclusion as each year when someone with a problem enters the house they too get far or win it. Regardless of any input on the show Sam will win BB but be totally appauled when Emma says you won cos you got the sympathy vote.

Completely. Almost the worst possible outcome. (The worst being the twins somehow winning).

He's done and said next to nothing so I wouldn't be happy if he won.

.

Well I wouldn't go to that extreme. I would't say he did **** all. Sleeping is in fact an activity and chore. When you sleep your brain goes in overdrive and dreams can be so exhausting to your body that's why you wake up even more tired at times. Didn't you hear Pam spur? :conf:

Nope.

And before anyone starts on about entertaining blah blah blah, I don't give a ****, entertainment is an individual preference and it's all good watching bitchiness and arguments throughout the show but I have no problem at all with a nice person walking away with the prize at the end of it.

People like Sam are quiet most of the way through yes but by being like they they are able to sit back and notice everything that's going on between the other housemates, like tonight for example when Sam was in the bedroom talking to Gina about Charlie basically saying he wasn't just going to start hating because of other peoples opinions, he's able to make his mind up by himself, I respect that in a person.

Yes simply because he's just been dull in there and hasn't been very entertaining

I find Sam entertaining when we get to see him. That he hasn't been on the screen much may be due to a lack of involvement or it could be the way the show is edited. For example I didn't realise he and Gina were close in the house until Callum told us they were. How many of their conversations haven't been shown?

ive always expected it so wont be too much of a big deal to me.
he isn't a bad person just a bore so i will try not to begrudge him too much but he will be a awful winner .
on the bright side as long as its not the twins now that would really pee me off big time

PrincessIona

No, I will only be happy with Sam or Dexter winning

If the twins somehow won i would try to be happy for them BUT only if they used that money to buy matching gastric bands, if 3 months later i hear about these two being rescued by the fire brigade who had to take down 3 bedroon walls to get them out the house to take them to hospital i will be fuming!

Much as I dislike the twins, they would actually be more worthy winners than snoozeworthy Sam.

The fact 19 people would be content with him winning is laughable.

He's one of the most dull housemates we've ever had, in a series with over a dozen brilliant characters that all added something this Summer - and this dullard is going to be crowned the winner on the final, all for the simple reason; that he's deaf.

It's an insult to him, to the other housemates who actually BOTHERED to entertain us - and it's an insult to the fans.

Kris

Nope, not at all. It will be a win for decentcy and goodness.

Depends is you prefer entertainment or being a good person.

Yesterday I would definitely have said "Yes".

But after Sam stuck up for Charlie, it's obvious he's one of the most decent people in there. (and I'm convinced Gina only asked him because she wanted to suss a potential winner out and decide how to play it)

Sorry but there's a limit to the amount of bad behaviour and poor personality traits you can tolerate purely in the name of entertainment.

Thing is Kizzy...

Imagine if everyone went in there purely with a gameplan to be as outlandish and rude as humanly possible to everyone in there.

Sure would be huge entertainment.
But there has to be SOME moral to the show or it would simply end up as a "scum of the summer" competition.

Sam all the way.
