Will we see the return of midweek eviction. Not sure or can't remember if there has recently been a midweek eviction on regular BB. C5 want to maximise eviction money so probably won't want to cut revenue by reducing the vote days

Mid week evictions don't work imo. Friday has a certain buzz for me

But I liked the shock value and " humiliation " of a HM leaving in a penguin costume.

I *really* want another midweek shock eviction like with Kat in BB9. Genuine surprise evictions are the best. We've had some midweek ones on C5 but they're always on the wednesday of the final week which is rubbish because the housemates all expect one on that day. I don't know if we'll be getting one this year though because we're pretty low on housemate numbers already.

I would. The surprise eviction of Craig and Vanessa in BB6 was just amazing!

In ye olden Channel 4 days, the local council restricted Big Brother to 22 Friday live shows a year, and 5 non-Friday live shows.

Obviously with two Celebrity series a year these non-Friday live shows are now quickly eaten up - and while the council has clearly upped this limit a bit in order to accommodate the extra CBB and the midweek BB launch/final, I doubt they'll grant more non-Friday live shows than are strictly necessary, so for that reason I doubt we'll see midweek evictions in normal BB again unless they're done without a crowd.
