This is sarcasm right? I mean what Gina said was hurtful but the housemates can say whatever they want to say. Hazel can handle herself and some little insults thrown her way are nothing serious.

Not sure about a warning from BB, but if Hazel wanted to she would have every right to sue Gina for defamation of character.
Calling someone a homewrecking *****, a skank and a few other nasty things (when she's not) on national and international (via the web) tv has got to have some repercussions hasn't it?
Good job Gina is so rich (....ahem....)
***** is a slang term much like ****, dyke, etc..therefore some viewers can be offended.

Meh. I've heard worse things. Mostly from the fans watching BB. Honestly, the nastiest insults don't come from the housemates themselves. V.V
I don't particularly like Hazel but I think Gina is the last person to be criticising Hazel like that.
I bet Hazel would find it hilarious.

You can't throw accusations at people, which is what calling her a ***** is, without having something to back it up when you're in the public eye. It was a flippant remark, which is why nothing has been done. Other than show Gina up for being immature.
True, but I never meant it like that. People insult each other all the time in the house and the public loves it.
Yeh you make a good point there, people will act outraged about comments like this but it will give them a good opportunity to bump their gums to their mates about it. Secretly a lot of people like the conflict.

Not if last night's live stream was anything to go by. Even though Hazel had been evicted Gina spent a good hour talking about Hazel bringing up all the reasons why she thinks that no one will touch Hazel with a barge pole.
Dexter also got into the convo with 'all' his experience supposedly knowing what people want and Hazel will only have a couple of days and then she will be forgotten.

Dyke is one of those words that can be offensive or inoffensive depending on who is using it and in what context.
A bloke getting pissed off that a girl won;t sleep with him and calling her a dyke because of it is absolutely using the word in a disparaging way; both to the person he is calling dyke (because clearly he is equating it with disfunctional sexuality) and to lesbians (for the same reason).
Somebody shouting '****ing dykes' at a lesbian couple as they hold hands in the street is also using it in a disparaging way.
It has been claimed and altered by the people it is used to describe, but that doesn't take the sting away from the intent when it is used as an insult. Any more than a white southern preacher calling a black man a 'N****r' is rendered inoffensive by the friendly use of that term amongst some black group of mates.
As to the OP's question: no, she shouldn't have got a warning for that. No more than hazel should have got a warning for calling Gina an ugly bitch. They were each throwing out the comments they thought would most hurt and belittle the other.

Every day she's in there since Hazel got evicted is one day more than she deserves after the verbal abuse she hurled at her, the way she gloated when she left and the way she was spiteful over the letters from family task, the safe-house and the bee task, especially since, in all those instances BB gave gina a choice of who to target and the fact that during the bee task, Hazel was in pain and ill.

2. The verbal abuse only happened after that Vile s...k called Gina ugly and kept repeating herself like a child arguing

This thread got me thinking about the old rhyme for unofficial military marriages:
Leaping Over the Sword
An ancient ceremonial said to constitute a military marriage. A sword being laid down on the ground, the parties to be married joined hands, when the corporal or serjeant of the, company repeated these words:
Leap rogue, and jump *****, And then you are married for evermore.
Whereupon the happy couple jumped hand in hand over the sword, the drum beating a ruffle; and the parties were ever after considered as man and wife.
