I'm just wondering because every year the public vote out the entertainers then they tune out?:conf:
I'm probably paranoid but it's just strange that the people that vote out the entertainers tune out when they're gone.

People vote on the basis of who they would most hate to be in the BB house with.
Nothing to do with entertainment.

But that's stupid as that's not what the show is about, I mean the people that are left behind have to watch this show and look what we've been left with this year.

It may well be stupid. But I do believe that is what is people's minds when they vote.

Your idea of entertainment is excessive cruelty and attention seeking antics from bitches.

Noone has tuned out this year.
The ratings have kept climbing even after big characters were evicted.

This has always been a problem with BB. People get caught up in the drama and vote vote vote to get them out. Its only as that person is leaving that they think...oh probably shouldnt have done that

Tbf hasn't most HM's been like that this series apart from Sam who does **** all? And besides it's a gameshow, most people aren't gonna be very nice on a gameshow are they?.

So you're telling me that people genuinely find Sam and Sophie more entertaining than Gina, Dexter, Dan, Callum, Jackie, Wolfy, and Hazel? If so then these people are worrying for society as it means they like really boring people.:joker:
Basically the viewers/voters and most people on this forum are stupid. The same people who say different people like different forms of entertainment will then say they are bored a week later. Sadly BB doesn't have an intelligent fan base if it did the voting results may be more strategic and harm the show less.

Its the final week lol.
No one has tuned out the series has been a success and even when the big characters have gone its allowed others to come out and every week has had drama.

I actually find the people who think the likes of Gina are entertaining and who would happily give a bully 100k 'worrying for society'

It is entirely possible that if nasty characters like Sallie had been kept in, the ratings would have dropped.

Maybe they do, maybe they don't value shallow, materialist snobs with poor vocabulary (Gina). Maybe they don't like womanising gameplayers (Dexter). And there are other housemates than Sam and Sophie - Charlie for example, but I won't go there since you irrationally hate her.

No, not just you.
I am happy to hold my hand up as wanting Sam to win, I will vote him to win, either way I watch it to the end.
It does not matter who wins, most of us will be back again next year to do it all again.

It is also entirely possible that had Sallie Stayed the ratings may have been even higher. In fact I would say more likely. The more misbehaved the housemates are the more press coverage they get the more viewers tune in to watch. Most people don't tune in to BB right now to see what Sam and Sophie did yesterday.
Entertainment is all down to individual preference...........

Look the term up please? as someone that has been bullied in the past I find it offensive when people like Gina are being called bullies, Gina is not a bully she's just said some hurtful comments, and if saying hurtful comments makes her a bully then we are all bullies.

Luckily we don't have to make our living from BB. If we did I suspect our perceptions would change dramatically! ;)

Ah ok playing the wolfy card now are we? 'don't use the term fat i'm the only fat person in the world! and i'm offended'
I'm in my mid 30s and have been bullied my whole life, I know exactly what it is, thank you. She's a loud mouth bully. Simple as that.

But the difference is there is that Wolfy had nothing to do with that conversation when she went berserk, where as this is a Forum so it's not the same thing.
And Gina saying a few hurtful words isn't bullying, bullying is making someone's time in the house a living hell, did Gina make Hazel's time in the house a living hell? No, did BB? Yes as they like the public to hate the Models and they BB and the public let Hazel know about it.
If anyone is a bully this series it is BB and the public for how horrible they was to Hazel for the exact same actions that Charlie has been doing.

I actually find sexist remarks and behaviour on TV very offensive and degrading to women, for me personally it has no place on Big Brother and should never be rewarded, but some people do still support such behaviour and want to reward that appauling behaviour with £100,000 which worries me.
But thats just me.

If she wasnt a bully she wouldnt even say a 'few hurtful words' there is no need, ever. They are traits of a bully, and the mark of someone who would happily turn into a 'full bullly' as you see it, if the occasion called for it.

But everyone has said a few hurtful words in their lives, does that make us all bullies? No and it doesn't make Gina a bully either imo.

Potentially, yes
Most people learn to reign it in as they get older. The ones that don't, are bullies.

I'm sorry but everyone says horrible things to people, even when they are adults so that's just unfair to tag 99% of the world as bullies.

Maybe in your world thats true. But if you had any experience of being bullied as you claim, you would undoubtedly agree that children are a lot 'better' at it than adults. Thats because most grow out of it.
That picture is more representative of yourself.
Thanks for that insightful comment, Veronica. Appreciate it.
