Musically, both completely 10000% awful. However, Alex Reid's kickboxing dance that he did in the performance was hilarious and brought some humour to the nightmare. There was NOTHING good in Jay's, so I vote his as the worst. :p

Ohhhhh Alex Reid! I will never, ever forget him kicking the snowman in the garden, making those "ushhhhhhh" noises like he was in a dodgy Kung Fu movie. Now, I don't pretend to know much about Mixed Martial Arts, but I guess you'd have to have pretty good balance and he was ALL OVER THE PLACE! Almost as amusing as watching someone kick ******* out of him in the cage. Ahhhh LOL.... 'Appy days.
