I've just been reading about it myself, it sounds as though its to do with the prize fund.

:bored: I don't like prize fund twists. Why bother claiming the winner will get £100,000 when obviously this is no longer the case? Third year in a run we've had one, looks like C5 are making it an annual thing.

Hmmmmmm, might make SOME of the housemates very happy, might make some very sad. Must be a chance to share some of the cash maybe.
The biggest lie so far..not a clue what this could be.

Big Brother bosses have confirmed another big twist will take place in tonight’s show.

Following the latest round of Big Brother nomination results, Charlie Travers, Dexter Koh, Jack and Joeand Sam Evans were all put up for the axe.

It was the last round of nominations and the second time that housemates had to nominate live and face to face.

However, lines have still yet to open for viewers to evict one of the four.

Big Brother announced yesterday that a twist was in store, but did not go into detail, which has led to plenty of speculation.

With just days to go until the final, it’s possible that the new twist will involve the prize money, and will almost certainly involve the nominated housemates in some way.

Previous prize money twists have included seeing half of the £100,000 pot being given away last series, in return for one housemate having to immediately forfeit their place in the house.

Big Brother has also been known to give out other cash prizes too, with two housemates sharing £50,000 back in 2008 after a game of prisoner’s dilemma.

What do you think the twist will be? Should some of the prize money be given away?

Big Brother airs tonight at 9PM on Channel 5.

God they really need to get some originality, I'll eat my words if it's something we haven't borderline seen before.

It is more to do with BB uncovering the actual greed from within the house and certain HM,s will be put to task to show their true colours and maybe they will be rewarded, or MAYBE NOT LOL.

Why cant you all just wait and see. Its a task type of twist but it could go tits up or blow SOMEONE out of the water.

Its going to be "save the prizefund" like they are saving the shopping I think.

If they don't do this live at the end of the highlights and instead do it during the day and then upload some ****ty 20 second teaser video and tweets when this is supposedly going to be the 'biggest twist of the series', I'm going to be seriously pissed off.

I don't like when they mess with the prize fund.

They are in there for 9+ weeks thinking there will be a 100k prize at the end for one of them and that's what the winner should walk away with IMO.

Give them the 100k you tight *****.

(unless this is a twist that gives Gina and Dexter the chance to leave now and share 100k and Sam gets nothing as the winner, I'm all for that)

Yeah I agree Josy....plus its been done loads of times now. I think the winner and only the winner should get the prize money.

I like a prize fund twist gives more than one a chance at some cash.
Surely they are all aware that this can happen anyway so not like anyone is actually robbed.
Plus it gives us a bit more entertainment.

I really hope if they mess with the money, the housemates act like they are not bothered and shout out that they were expecting it.

By the sounds of it they are going to offer some of the prize money but I bet the "porker" is that whoever (if anyone does) decides to take it gets the boot with no money at all.

I guessed this a while back, seems likely. Maybe the money will get removed, but no-one gets it (That'd save you some cash, hey Channel 5?)

Someone mentioned in another thread about the idea of a suitcase with 50 wooden letter "K"'s inside (leave now with a suitcase with 50k inside :D). That would be brilliant, to be honest. If Dan was still in there he'd probably remember that task and straight away be like "I bet it's 50 letter K's" but the hosenates who are left have $$$ signs in their eyes and won't think about it too much. It could be the best reveal in BB history. Imagine them leaving the house all triumphant like Conor last year, then their face as they open the case... ... ... it would be beautiful.

I don't even mind if it's just a fake eviction, like the first safehouse... they decide to leave and take the 50k, come out on stage, open the suitcase with 50 wooden K's inside (live on the screen for the other HMs :D ), we get to see their confused and horrified face as they realise that they don't have 50k (like Luke S in the white room... haaahaha) and then they can go back into the house (...if they even want to :joker: )

It' has happened a few times as far back as C4's BB5, when the housemates prize money kept dropping until they chucked Kitten out. Since then there was Liam and Eugene who got some of the winners prize money.

Haha I guess that would be the best thing as C5 wouldn't get a backlash of angry viewers but would be great!

Housemates may currently have their hands full as they wrestle with the all-action Rescue Squad task for this week's shopping budget. But they may need to brace themselves – and you might need to too.

We've heard secrets this series and we've also been told some lies - but we're about to see the biggest secret so far unveiled and one heck of a porker uncovered at the same time!

We'll let you in on the basics. A big twist is coming later today. This one will dramatically change the outcome of the entire series. It may well affect the prize fund. It may also make some of the housemates very happy and it might also make others very sad. Whatever happens, it will certainly change the dynamic in the House from today, right up until the final.

We'd love to tell you more, but we can't give away all our secrets too early. We'll have all the action exclusively on the website, so keep tabs on the site, check Facebook and keep checking Twitter to keep up to speed with what's undoubtedly going to be this series' biggest twist so far!

Okay well.. I'm past caring now. Only posted this so people who are really excited and care see what it is.

So maybe Sophie and Gina get to go face to face for £50,000 and if one takes it they leave?

It could be that Gina and Sophie are up and the rest safe but then the biggest secret and the porker would have to be one and the same thing, surely?

If voting hasn't opened yet, then it is more likely the money twist is to do with those up, not Sophie and Gina. Unless Sophie and Gina have to make a choice about giving some of the prize money away.

Maybe they get the choice to burn the money but save one hm to join them? That would be different.

Or gamble all the prize money online on Super Casino dot com?

Charlie is not greedy as most or the rest are. just hope she gets something in her favour. she thinks of others before herself. as she always done. you will see she would give to Sam before herself. or whoever. ill will stay by her. even if no one does. and after the show to
