Well a great many people probably do not hate Gina, they do however strongly dislike her very rude and unpleasant behaviour and particularly her behaviour to others.

Anyway, it didn't matter if he picked her or not, if there is an eviction still this week, she would not have gone anyway but more to the point she is not going to win this series now either.
So whatever he did, picking her or not, changes nothing to where she will likely come in the final placings.

Dexter actually genuinely likes Gina, only bb person - bar Daley - he likes imo. After her loooks stopped being a factor he went off hazel and his friendship with callum ended. SH brought them together. He mistrusted her for a few days. After his mum name checked her in letter he regained confidence in their friendship.

He would never have chosen Gina - she has for the most part had his back for the whole series.
Gina deserves her place in the final. I don't like her anymore either but she's been entertaining since the moment she walked down the stairs.
