Why have the Twins not copped any flak?

Charlie was last in and quizzed Dexter about the remaining £99,000. Why did she not also quiz the twins, who after all had an additional opportunity over Dexter to take it?

IMO the Twins blatantly wanted the money and played it as such. Dexter considered the twist and gambled on the fact that it was possibly fake.

Why are none of the HM's picking up on this?

They've been picking on Dexter since wk 1 - sometimes i wonder how Dexter has kept his cool , so fair play to Dex he's swallowed all the crap without any shouting matches - This in itself has cocked-up the Dexter vendetta and he's the only scapegoat they've all been relying on !
Couldn't possibly see fault in any of the strokes other HM's pull.
