The twist was the people who have the lowest leaves that night, so sam said "he don't care about the money and wants to stay to the final" so he picked the highest, he knew he wouldnt get the £100,000. they did get told. everyone is acting like sam didn't know anything about the twist and was sure he was going to leave with that money.i mean why wouldnt he want to be there till the end its an achievement! this is actually showing HE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY because he knew only the lowest will get it.
