Had Charlie NOT wanted to go last Dex could easily have won by default if all the other HM's took the highest amounts possible.

Ok they didn't....

But it still made "99Kgate" !

Rights or wrongs aside (and I don't blame him for trying to take the money !), she deserves huge credit for being clever enough to think ahead and taking her part in the whole drama and entertainment. :)

She is a also a good ally of Dex and if she goes, he may not have loads of friends in there.

She knows (and says) where her loyalty lies !

And she's got Dex right in her pocket where she wants him (and quite a few others !)

These arguments are irrelevant at this point with only 3 days left 2 spots in the final are filled another 3 are up for grabs alliances are pointless and wont change the out come of anything this deep into the game Gina would be sad if Sam leaves but I doubt she will dwell on it.
