i do think sam has got away with murder due to his sweet cute looks. if he was bulkier, older looking (he could easily pass as a 16 year old lad), bald with a scar on his face he'd be apprehended for bad behaviour e.g. saying any hole is a goal

Don't know Vanessa, Sam has an aura of innocence around him mainly due to the fact , joking apart, he looks a bit younger than 23. Gina and Hazel (1 year older) look more like his step-mums

Sam also uses his yob tactics in arguments, think back to when Callum was arguing in the garden with Jackie if you caught a glimpse of Sam during that he was furious at Callum and after Jackie left he took Callum to task and told him how he should have WON the argument by STANDING UP (intimidating, because Jackie was sitting down).

Guess how Sam argues?
In the garden when arguing with Dexter (who is sitting down)
In the bedroom , several times, when Dexter is lying on his bed,yobbo keeps standing and looking down at his victim.

This is streetwise yobbo intimidation tactics.
