Mr Rochester is a character in the book Jane Eyre. Jane Eyre the film came out when I joined the forum. I am neither from Rochester nor am I a Mr. I equally like Pride and Prejudice and toyed with the idea of using the name Mr D'Arcy - however I thought it sounded too rude. No-one likes to sound rude do they?
