View Full Version : Drunken hippocrite Sam

Sam vehemently objected when Dex "had a girlfriend" (though that wasn't strictly true anyway).
Now tonight we see Sam be a total hippocrite, declaring his true feelings for Gina.
Yet....
- when questioned by Sophie in the safehouse he didn't admit it.
- It was only at 11:36pm tonight we saw Charlie AND Sam get "touchy feely" in what looked more like a blowjob both making noises sounding more like sexual intercourse.

Sam said: "Gina I think you're the one with the dirty mind !"
Little did we know what was to quickly follow !

Not really, I'm making a separate point about his hippocrisy.
Sorry if the truth is uncomfortable for you.

This could put the kybosh on Sam's hopes to win.
Gina was very embarassed and couldn't wait to rush out to tell Dexter.

I don't blame her - anyone would confide in a true friend after something as awful as that.

Wow,it must be a good story...so many threads on the same thing.
I wish it happened the night before..then Sam could have hit the highlights showing what a lovely lad he is.
Really nice that he could pay GINA the compliments he did without actually hitting on her or waffling on.
Good lad Sam.

By now there are not many floating voters.

tbh I wouldn't mind so much but isn't he meant to be a role model in there ?
He said only yesterday he was just being himself.
So why was he not himself before when questioned about it ?
Sure he can do what he likes.
But if he wins as the honest, genuine guy it will be a complete and utter debacle.
And damage the whole show beyond repair IMO.
Sorry, why you keep supporting him I really don't know.

No idea.
What I am saying is that - whether people have voted or not - they have already made their minds up how they will vote and a few trifles like this will not sway that decision.

I found Sam's conversation with Gina quite creepy... worthy of his chum Callum! ;) He should have concluded it with telling Gina she would soar! :joker:
Gina also found it creepy, I think, and couldn't wait to offload to Dexter.
Sam will not have done himself any good if this had happened even 3-4 days ago, but I think it will now have zero effect (luckily for him).

I feel the same mate.
Will you be watching BB ever again if he wins ?
I won't - the public can have their sympathy donkeys.
I hope they're bored to tears watching a bunch of silents too.

Lots of people say "never again" if an unworthy housemate wins or the series is boring. That is what I said, after giving up on BB13 less than halfway through.
But we do tend to get tempted to look at the launch night, at least.
I'm glad I didn't give up on BB. Enjoyed it hugely this year. :)

So have I.
But if I get the impression the powers that be have pre-selected their winner it'll defeat the whole purpose of watching or voting.

Sam never said he fancied Gina, he never said he loved her, he never said he is sexually attracted to her. Dexter has said all these to Charlie despite the fact that he has a girlfriend, Charllotte, on the outside. All Sam did was compliment Gina's personality, saying that she has a very good personality and he fines it easy to have an unforced discussion with her. That Gina has taught him that he should look for personality in a woman rather than looks and that Gina's boyfriend should be proud to have Gina. How does that in any way make Sam a hypocrite???

I agree with all of that. I suspect if Ginas boyfriend was watching he will shake Sams hand for being a friend to her once they leave.

"I think you're very attractive"
Please explain how it cannot be sexual when he says BEFORE she's got a boyfriend and THEN goes on to say
"AND you've got a wonderful personality".
If it's "AND" and it's not "personality" again
then what the hell else was it before ?!!!!
Come on....
All Sam did was compliment Gina's personality
That's not ALL he said - see above.
God I felt sorry for Gina in that clip - what an utter selfish creep !

I'm still mildly amused by a certain fanbase's consistent need to distort every single one of Sam's typically well-intentioned actions into something devious just to try and level the playing field with their sketchy favourite.
Less than 24 hours to go now, guys. There's really no swaying votes at this point and it would be in everyone's best interest if you'd cool it for the next day and watch how things unfold.

Even so we can still discuss it right? It is the last day and stuff happened last night, not everything that is discussed is meant to be a vote swayer! In fact I doubt very few people deviate from the person they like, because of what is said on here.

Good grief, saying someone is attractive and has a great personality is hardly making any move on them.
This is a criticism that has no legs at all, also he was supposedly drunk too. Very poor attempt by a minority to pick anything against Sam.
However, whatever happens tonight, I believe as Caudlehalbard does that peoples minds are now made up and the winner is virtually decided already.
This is going to have no effect at all and if it were to be possible for it to, would likely only benefit Sam.
I really must make sure I never say again to any of my married friends wives that I think they have a great personality or that they look really great too.
Never once have I had the slightest disapproving look as to that. What a really poor and weak criticism.
Sam has a close connection to Gina in the house, she is one who has taken the time to and given him the time to really talk to him and get to know him better.
All to her credit that too.
