So, for all those people who believe he loves Charlie in a girl/boy way, what do you all think of that
Creepy little weirdo

I think he was referring to the fact that Charlie is constantly saying she adores him but 'not in a sexual way'. It is his way of saying how much he loves her. He would be prepared to marry her even though she does not want to have sex with him.

I don't know why he isn't more offended. She's basically saying "i like you as a person but I find you physically repulsive". If he was 6ft plus and had a bit of muscle she would be all over him. Sad, and shallow.

Dexters sexless marriage
FIXED: Dexter's sexless.
One of the most unappealing individuals I've ever seen grace a television set.

I think she is just very unsure of his motives (as is everyone).

That just makes him weird & Sad, vile little man, in a little boys body
there is definetly something wrong with him sexually, he seems to have hardly any junk in his trunk
I wouldnt be surprised if his secret is that he is really Shirley from Bolton!

If his feelings are true and she considered it, it would be a recipe for disaster unless they had an open marriage as they would be condemning each other to a life of illicit affairs.

Absolutely and I thought Charlie handled and explained herself and her, um, involvement with Dexter very well during the "press conference" yesterday.
Phony Dexter on the other hand shakily read prepared notes and looked ever the cold, narcissistic fraud.

Cause he's a sad, desperate little twerp
And why is she shallow if she doesnt fancy a man with a 12 year old boys body??
Its the ONLY sensible thing she has said in the whole 10 weeks!

She can't help not being physically attracted to him, it's not shallow at all. Some people won't find him sexually attractive just as some people would its human nature you can't dig at her for that.
Charlie milking it all a little though is another story....

OMG are you serious?
She will dump him as a friend as soon as the publicity dries up!

I believe Annie was just entertaining the possibility not stating a fact.

I've always thought Dexter is bi sexual or even gay, i don't believe for one minute he totally straight, which btw I'm not critizing(SP), absolutely nothing wrong with being gay or bi.

It's been said before, but Dexter clearly latched to Charlie and a perceived relationship with her so that he could speak to the camera/audience through her.
Charlie was incidental, it just gave him the vessel he needed to ramble on...and on... and on about his personal journey and about how much of a man he was so he could convince people at home of it. He's not terribly bright, but he's clearly of a mind that if you say a lie enough times it becomes the truth.
"I create things" indeed, Dixter.

As much as I don't like Dexter your being a little harsh if you say that nobody would find him attractive. I think there's one or two people of here that consider him attractive I think but don't quote me on that.

It's his personality and inability to love anyone but himself that makes him unappealing.

Never mind the sex aspect, why would a woman marry a man she doesn't love.

Yeah...thanks SM. I was merely saying that it was a crazy idea not that I was expecting them taking vows?!

If I'm being honest I have thought that too but I'm not going to go down that road because his sexuality doesn't interest me and its none of my business anyway.

Or a man who --after this much time together and having been essentially struck down 950 times by Charlie-- decides now is the time to tell her he'd marry and artificially inseminate her.
I mean. What?!

I know that, but again personal taste comes into things I'm no expert on women by any account but I've always thought some women like the confident it's all about me attitude.

She shouldn't have been personal like that. Shame on her.
Someone should tell everyone she has a groin like a KFC bucket see how she feels.

You know the thing about people WITH money, is that they never feel the need to brag about it, same with position in life, if you are self assured, you have no need to run around talking about it!

I'm not rich so I don't know many people with money but the ones I have met with money, they bloody well make sure you know about it. Dexters attitude isn't a lot different to the sort of attitude I come to expect from rich people, haughty, cocky and full of their own self importance.
