During show Matthew expressed his displeasure of seeing Hazel 'romping' about in bed with Dan and Matthew felt she was coming on to Dan (despite Dan's sexuality). He labelled her a few brilliantly catty choice insults and claimed Hazel was desperate to bed and turn Dan.

Matt disliked Dan's resumed friendship with Sallie when he was evicted. He also hates Dan's new celeb lifestyle and feels BB has gone to his head.

Matt did seem a good guy in the main but we saw very little to really make any major opinion as to knowledge as to him.

Dan has clearly used the opportunity of being on BB to think more deeply about his future, where he wants to go and what he wants to do.
He also has clearly picked up some new friends from his time in the house too.

Now, we heard that Matt didn't like Hazel, well Dan clearly does so there is recipe one for disaster if he is going to be told who he can and cannot be friends with even.

I picked up 2 things from Matts appearances on bbbots, he talked about Dan in a cool way rather than a really warm one, he said something like words to the effect of Dan needed dominating.
That he would not take from Dan some of the behaviour he did in the house.

He also said, 'HE'.Matt, allowed Dan to go on BB.

What odd terminology, no one would dominate me and no one would allow me to do anything I wanted to, I would always be my own person and I would do what I wanted,when I wanted.

So if this is true, I am not,unsurprisingly' going to get at Dan as I think Dan has felt stifled in his ambition in life and that BB has given him a bit of a kick in the backside he maybe needed to take charge of himself and his future.
So good luck to him and maybe Matt should have kept his own counsel as to his views on Hazel, as I would expect my friends to as to who I choose to be friends with.

I was feeling a bit alone :joker:, it is a bit odd actually because I don't recall the particular liking of Matt on here when he was on bbbots but I am well used to the Dan hate on here anyway now.

I doubt very many people would like to have their friends and partners really telling them who they can and cannot be friends with and also going on TV to say they allowed them to do something too.
Never mind, I will stay too defensive as I was once told I was being and say any chance to get at Dan again though.

Yeah but I very much doubt Hazel is the reason for it at all. I mean at the end of the day if Dan was happy and content in his relationship he wouldn't have dumped Matt, you can't really blame a third party for it imo. Now, whether Dans reasons were good or not or whether he dumped him for fame or for Hazel or so he could play the field is really irrelevant, Dan wanted out of the relationship so he broke up with Matt, that's his right really, you don't need to have an amazing reason to dump someone, if you don't want to be with them move on is my view. Very good point, I don't think Dan has the warmth/charisma of either Norton or Carr; I think he -can- be nice, funny, etc but I wouldn't be surprised if either he's got a really short fuse or most of the time he's a bit of a grouch.

Very good point, I don't think Dan has the warmth/charisma of either Norton or Carr; I think he -can- be nice, funny, etc but I wouldn't be surprised if either he's got a really short fuse or most of the time he's a bit of a grouch.

Dan simply isn't camp enough.

He will be braceted with straight men rather than gay ones and it will just leave women thinking 'what a waste' wheres Graham Norton is someone they won't sexually feel rejected by.

Dan is a charisma-free zone. Even on BOTS he was like a rabbit frozen in the headlights. Most of the other housemates were more relaxed.

The boyfriend sounds quite the jealous/possessive type to me and I would give Dan credit for knowing his own mind.

As I said, more assumptions. You have seen the bloke speak on TV for about 5 minutes and think you can make such a statement. Jack the Ripper no doubt could appear a 'very nice down to earth bloke' for that length of time.
