Amazing episode! TWD really seems to have moved on from the dreadful S3 and returning back to a quality show :D

Carl is now a fantastic character and the actor has grown into his role with age. He is definitely one of the more interesting characters and the impact of the disease/walkers is really telling on him. Michonne has always been stand-out badass and its great to see that underneath there is some sensitivity too. I dont have a lot of time for Rick, but his character is necessary for the time being.

Im looking forward to seeing Carol reunited with somebody.

Wow, Ep just got done in the US

CAROL'S BACK! She found Tyreese with Judith, Lizzie and her sister, also Lizzie almost suffocated Judith to death because she wouldn't stop crying (it was attracting walkers). Very Psychotic. They find out about this place called Terminus, might be the TV show's Alexandra.

Not much happens with Maggie, Bob and Sasha. But they find the bus and everyone's turned on it. Fearing that Glenn might be in there turned. They kill all the zombies and Maggie is relieved to not see Glenn there.

Then the show finishes with Glenn, Who was still stuck on the bridge. He wakes up on it, sees the zombies below, goes back inside the prison and grabs the riot gear and supplies. He then finds Tara moping in a gated area. Gets her to snap out of it and they fight their way out of the prison. After fighting off a few more zombies, Glenn collaspes from the exaustion. Then Abraham's group comes across Tara and Glenn. End of Episode.

Maggie was also really great viewing. Everybody is going CRAZY brilliant start to the second half of S4.

Have a feeling there will be a shock Maggie / Glenn death upon reunion.

Yeah that'd make alot of sense. That triggered off her psycho side. I think they're adopting a post prison comic story arc. Lizzie and her sis weren't involved but it was a set of brothers though.

They probably need to keep some S4 characters alive to develop them, like they developed Michonne & are developing Tyrese now from S3 to keep the show great in the long term - to allow for suprises and a mix of people (so keep the Alcoholic, Govs gf, & Lizzie for this season).


Maggie shouldn't be killed off, they only have 2 people left from Hershel's farm (Beth & Maggie), 3 people from S3's governer town (Michonne, Tyrese & Sasha) & 5 from the original group (Rick, Carl, Glenn, Darryl & Carol)

They should kill one from the original group (but not Darryl, Carol or Glenn, so Rick or Carl) & maybe Sasha for this series.

Brilliant episode
I Loved Beth at the beginning saying that poem or what ever it was, Daryl was very quite in this episode but Hopefully he will get more air time later on in the series, I have warmed to Tyress a lot in this episode also did Lizzie try to kill baby Judith I wouldn't blame her tbh it's crying was annoying me I am sure that she killed Karen now, Carol is Back :amazed: I didn't like Carol that much in S1 but since then I have warmed to her, Maggie was great in this episode also so was bob that surprised me a lot, I am happy that Sasha got air time, Loved Glen in this episode though he was brilliant fighting off the walker, The girl from the governors group was alright too forgot her name, and I like the look of the new group too, But I have a feeling carol could get killed off don't know where they could go with her :(

Fantastic episode.

Glad to see some of them are meeting up now and it looks like they are going to head to the terminus...

A few things bugging me.

If Glenn jumped back off the bus at the prison why didn't we see it? plus how did he manage to get back up through the prison and onto the ledge thing by himself when he could barely walk when he was put on the bus?

Also why was the bus just stopped and not crashed if everyone had turned and why didn't Maggie and co not try to see if the bus was drivable rather than walking?

And most importantly...Daryl told everyone to head south (I think it was) if they got separated so why are they all going in different directions!

I just recommend everyone read the comics, for an actual good story

The governor is one creepy **** keeping all of those heads and his daughter plus shooting his whole "Army" at the end, hopefully he's killed off soon otherwise it's inevitable he'll end up killing more likeable characters. Michonne was great and Carl is creeping me out still. Beth :love: I thought she'd be like 19/20.. Had no idea she's as old as she is.

Season 3 was great and besides 1 or 2 episodes season 2 was much better than what people made it out to be.

Season 4 isn't on Netflix so I'll have to find another way to watch it from now on. There's only a couple of episodes on sky demand which is annoying

Felt like a bit of a filler episode this one so it was a little let down after a great start, I know Ricks injured but my god he was as slow as **** at everything he was doing last night which was pretty annoying, I am glad they are finally out of that house though. I'm not keen on Eugene (I think that's the scientists name?) either and I'm glad that they are giving us more info on Michonne but they could be doing with speeding it up a bit rather than give us a teeny piece of info every few episodes, feels too dragged out that way IMO, hoping for a lot more of the others next week (When I say the others I mean Daryl and Beth, we already know Carol and co are on the way to the same place as Rick) Overall though the episodes since the series returned have been amazing, I am back to really looking forward to it airing every week so lets hope they keep up the good writing

Thoughts on this episode
It was okay, looks like we're sticking closer to the comics again with this Eugene/Abraham storyline.

I had to wait until today to watch it because of something else on TV and it clashed with the DVR and another show.

Now waiting for them to put Talking Dead on Demand.

The group just lost the hotel and in Lily's paranoia, she killed Carly. Working on getting the train moving right now.

I loved This episode it started of slow tbh but by half way through it picked up, I love the ending tbh when they set the place on fire, next weeks periods looks good sounds like Bob could die in that episode and I'm sure that Maggie group and Beth's group will meet up

Another poor episode. Last weeks was decent, but I haven't really enjoyed an episode since the break. They all seem so contrived. Daryl doing the typical tv/film thing of ranting in anger before it turns to tears to show how deeply he is affected.

Noticed quite a few people saying they disliked that episode, it was filler etc, I completely disagree and thought it was an interesting slow paced at times but not boring episode that finally gave us some much needed insight into Daryl and Beth, beforehand I saw Beth as completely pointless now redundant character since all she seems to have done so far is babysit Judith, but I liked the way she pointed out she wasn't Michonne or even Maggie but she is still surviving even though she's lost so many people close to her she's still carrying on, made me kinda think even though she's not one of the ones that are always out killing walkers she was still an important addition to the group, I still do find her pretty annoying though and do think she will be killed off before the end of this season, seems to happen to characters that get an episode to themselves so I'm thinking it's either her or Daryl and I seriously hope it's not the latter, Beth did drop a couple of hints to make me think it's her.

I also liked how we got to see Daryl show some real human emotion for a change, found out some background info on his life before the walkers and now know why he valued what they had at the prison so much, he for once had some kind of purpose in his life then we finally got to see him get rid of his past demons when they burnt the house down at the end.

A few things that annoyed me...

I thought getting into the boot of the car was a stupid move, one little noise/sound at the wrong moment and they would have been trapped in there, it was really intense when the walkers were going past though, sounded as if there was loads of them.

Beth drinking the moonshine was ridiculous, one jug of that stuff and she would have been in a state yet we are to believe she sat a good few hours drinking it and was basically unaffected.

I read something about it from the producers, and I posted it in here before the season was due to start. Although the words used were something like "they are going to explore the relationship between Daryl and Beth, which won't please Carol", so maybe they meant solely friendship, but it's not what was implied, and now they've been split up into fractions, it only seems to make it more likely.

Sexuality in the zombie apocalypse isn't a big issue, and only if sexuality makes a difference to how people react to each other would it ever become one. I suppose a gay character ending up in a group of Merls may have made for an interesting storyline of some description, but for no more than an episode.

Most of the people in the show are pretty sexless. Throwing a gay character on to the show would be to tokenise him/her.

What Happened tonight
Mainly Beth/Daryl and Bob/Sasha/Maggie are in this episode,
Ep starts with how Bob joined the group

Beth Daryl come across a funeral home/ cemetary and in the night they get surprised by a horde of zombies and Beth gets kidnapped by a unknown person/group in a car in the chaos.

Bob/Sasha/Maggie fighting off zombies, a zombie gets Bob but bites his wound so he didn't die. They finish off the rest and discuss a bunch of stuff. Maggie feeling like she would be better off alone so she ditches them. A bunch of other stuff happens and Bob and Sasha make out. Sasha finds Maggie after Bob and Sasha split up. She finds Maggie and they have an awesome sequence killing a horde. They find Bob and continue onto Terminus.

While searching for beth, Daryl meets another group which turns out to be the group that was in the house Rick was in two eps ago. We learn the leader's name (Guy on the porch. ) is Roy and they let him in.

Very end of the ep shows Glenn learning about Terminus after seeing a sign. His Group is going there.

NEXT EP: Carol, Tyreese, the two girls, Judith take up a good chunk of the ep. Maybe they realize Lizzie is a psycho? The promo is hinting at that.

I am pissed off after tonights episode tbh, don't read the spoiler if you don't want to read any theories about future episodes.

So now basically everybody apart from Daryl & Beth is headed to Terminus where they will probably all meet back up at some point, and out of every one of them it just had to be bloody Daryl that met up with these unknown hunter types (there's a few theories on who this bunch could be) who just don't strike me as nice people at all.

Although I do think this could be a twist...Daryl and Beth could be the only ones that are safe? (maybe safe isn't the best word here but ykwim) because I just really doubt that the Terminus is going to be the sanctuary that was promised on the signs.

The part with Sasha and Maggie standing near the ice cream van having a conversation annoyed me, I know we need to see some character development but fgs, just standing there saying lets go find bob, we can go catch up to bob whilst just continuing to stand there looking at each other was stupid.

Well, It kinda does there's a few differences. (IE some characters are still living in the comics but are dead on the show. Some plotlines are different or happen to different people. Beth and Daryl aren't even in the Comics)

I mean... I was thinking that it was kind of boring at the very beginning, but that was probably because I was doing economics homework at the same time.
That was just so much. I used to find Lizzie really interesting and good to watch until like ten minutes into this episode. She started to annoy the crap out of me when she was playing with the walker. The actress though, so talented. Definitely gave off little kid tantrum vibes. When she killed Mika my heart dropped. It was just such a bold moment. It's weird for me to cheer on the death of a kid, but her storyline really was pushed as far as it could go this episode. And the way it all lead to Carol telling Tyrese about her killing Karen was perfect. I was wondering if she was just going to slip up, or if he would read it in her diary, or some other weak way, but that was 10/10 for tying loose ends up.

What a fantastic episode that was, so creepy as well and nothing to do with the Zombies. It was really sinister and left me feeling a bit freaked out..........which was good. Not sure if they'll be able to top that episode this season

Great episode, Hershells one was better though, glad Lizzie is gone though she got far too annoying IMO and was putting the other group members in danger, Carol handled the situation as well as she possibly could but then I'm actually wondering if the Lizzie/Mika storyline actually contributed much to the show on a whole? I was actually beginning to think it would turn out that Lizzie had killed Karen and the other guy in the prison and Carol had burned them and took all the blame to cover up for her but nope, that wasn't what it was all about either so in the end she was just really messed up in the head I suppose.

Just think poor Mika would still be alive if they had stayed on the tracks rather than go to that house :laugh:

Also quite bored of the groups being separate now, it's **** not seeing some characters for weeks at a time, and I'm anxious to know what's happening with Daryl since we know everyone else is headed to the Terminus.

It was a fantastic episode, one of the best episodes ever.

I do think they ended Lizzie's storyline too quickly, the episode was amazing but I think they could have made Lizzie's story more of a slow burner. Everything else was damn near perfect though.

Both Lizzie and Mika were very convincing actresses in that episode. They were sad to leave the show but were excited to shoot the episode anyway. (Looking at recorded interviews on The Talking Dead, Melissa McCarthy was on it Live as well.)

And now I really want to get on the Talking Dead, appearantly audience members get to see the episode before the public does (Because one of the audience members mentioned seeing the episode hours beforehand)

So much better concentrating on a different group(s) each week. Turned into a really weak show during the third season but these last few episodes have been the best of the whole show. However, Karl and Carol are still far too annoying and Tyrese needs to take his hammer to them

This is a decent episode,

It sets up the finale basically, There's a bit of Daryl with the Scavengers from eariler for a bit, and there's a small scene with Rick, Carl, and Michonne.

Ep mainly focuses on Glenn, Tara, Eugene, Rosita, Abraham. It really starts off when Glenn sees a message by Maggie and they follow the messages, After a point they split up because they come to a tunnel with a message from Maggie...Glenn and Tara go inside but Abraham decides to go around because it's too dark and long of a tunnel and it's too much of a risk for Eugene. So they split.

Eugene isn't happy about the decision and he has an arguement with Rosita about going back when they come across Maggie, Bob and Sasha.

They go back and save Tara and Glenn from some walkers. (There's a long scene where Tara gets stuck and Glenn refuses to leave her behind) Glenn and Maggie have a touching moment. Glenn introduces Tara to the Maggie as someone he met on the road.

Then they make it to Terminus and go in, and meet a woman named Mary.

She says welcome to Terminus and offers the group some food and the episode ends.

I want to mention that Andrew Lincoln is going to be on the Talking Dead for the finale. He's done a bunch of Video interviews for the spinoff but never appeared Live on it.

He's going to be on it with the current showrunner Scott Gimple. (Who I like better than the Season 3 one.)

Scott is doing Season 5 so It's nice to have some consistency with the showrunner job.

The latest episode was really good, it kind of left me shocked and stunned throughout. I don't think it was my favourite episode though, but its one of the best so far. Oh and there's rumors that Lauren Conrad (Maggie) has flown to LA with Andrew Garfield to join him on the Talking Dead tonight. The Talking Dead Guests are supposed to only be Scott Gimple (Exec Prod, and Showrunner)and Andrew...there was no announcement of a special guest outside of Andrew (usually that means a character is getting killed off and their actor shows up on Talking Dead) but maybe her schedule got cleared up and she decided to show up.

Stephen Yeun may also show up, although he did Talking Dead last week.
