yeah, I was brought lemsip earlier... I've been trying to sleep all day since I didn't get any last night, I was struggling to breathe really, I thought I was getting a bout of tonsilitis again.

But I feel better now, nose is a bit blocked and my throat's not so irritated any more

..aww, I'm glad you're feeling better, Shaun...I usually find lemsip is quite good for things like that, it just takes the edge off and helps you get some rest, which is what you need for your body to recover/fight off the virus....I'll have to send you a 'winter survival parcel' if you're going to keep getting these illnesses ...

..ahh yeah, that's the thing..Halloween costumes can be expensive but you can make them yourself and they're much better..but going out, pubs etc are quite pricey for these occasions..it's really annoying that they charge more on special nights for drinks when they usually charge an entry as well...
