'EastEnders': Charlie Brooks to leave Janine Butcher role

EastEnders star Charlie Brooks has decided to leave her role as Janine Butcher.

The actress, who has played Janine on and off since 1999, will depart screens in early 2014 after dramatic storylines for her character.
