Thinking of going full on veggie (advice welcome please)

As thread title, I already eat plenty of quorn products and Tesco meat free items but I can't make a diet out of that. Anybody got experiences of changing your diet to this and any good advice or pitfalls to look out for?

Well, It wasn't really hard for me to become a vegetarian because I've never really liked chicken or fish (because I could see they were dead animals on a plate, unlike beef) and I just bought loads of quorn burguers, nuggets and sausages. The hardest part was convincing my mum I didn't want to lose weight because I've always been really skinny and she was concerned I was anorexic. lol

Learn how to cook and buy a vegetarian cookbook. :thumbs:
