I'm sure you probably know this but Bowie doesn't actually have different coloured eyes....he was punched in the eye when he was 15 and it left him with a permanently dilated pupil which makes his eyes look different colours....but of trivia there for before 7.30am :laugh:

..yeah I knew that and my brother is the same..not with the punching, he had an arrowhead in his eye when he was younger, which was obviously very serious and was in hospital for around 6 months if I recall and he also has 'David Bowie' eyes and is colour-blind in that eye...as with David though it just makes him look more beautiful....he also introduced me to Bowie....

Ouch...that sounds horrific. You're poor brother. I have major phobias about eyes....it makes me go queasy if I think about anything to do with them. Yeah...I have contacts too and am fine with them....I think it's more to do with the fact that it's my finger so I'm in control. The glaucoma test is my. Worst nightmare, I literally can't sit still.....

..awww Greg..:hug:..I’m not sure people do change as such, not really and not in hugely significant ways..I think people can gain an understanding of each other more and that can help a lot in bridging things but it takes time because it’s important for us to look at our own actions in stuff and some people find that harder than others and that’s probably because they always feel that what they do is for the right reasons...and maybe that’s how it is with your mum, I don’t know but you’re doing what’s right for you now and distancing yourself because you feel it’s what you need and that’s all you can do for the moment....I hope in time that you do have that understanding of each other and maybe build on that....
