Yeah, I'm annoyed about that tbh I thought it would be a full version recorded post-show. Plus her vocals have improved since last year so it would've sounded even better than the version that went #1 on iTunes.

I honestly can't choose a fave, even looking at my ranking I did like 2 hours ago my opinions keep changing :laugh:

The only thing on the whole album which I'm not keen on is the "can't get too high, can't get too low, they say theirs levels to this, I wouldn't know" breakdown towards the end, it just feels so out of place and like it was put in their for the sake of it. And the cringey "thank you" at the end on it nnn. It would sound a lot better without the unnecessary breakdown imo.

Other than that I literally have had the album on repeat all day and cannot find a flaw :clap1:

iTunes is not a good indicator of an albums performance. Little Mix's album is at #80 on iTunes but they charted at #4 this week and are set to have their highest selling album. Physicals are much more substantial. I'm sure will be top 10 in the albums this week with at least 30k sold. She seems much more of a singles artist than an album artist to me though.

Fleur East is enjoying international success with 'Sax'
In Australia, Mexico, and even Costa Rica.

While poor X Factor champion Ben Haenow has blamed being dropped by Simon Cowell on the industry being "a numbers game", 2014 runner-up Fleur East is enjoying a bit of international success.

After the London star's first post-X Factor single 'Sax' went Top 3 in the UK before Christmas, it has started to hit elsewhere across the world.

Most recently that has been in Mexico, where the song has just gone Top 10 on the air-play chart. It meant Fleur had to zip over there herself to promote the track, as you can see in our exclusive pictures from her trip.

The mini tour saw her play massive shows, including one for 10,000 people for Planeta 94.7FM and another for 12,000 people for Digital 102.9FM.

It follows 'Sax' starting to climb charts in other territories too. It's been certified Gold in the Netherlands and Australia, while peaking at number two in Costa Rica.

As for here in Europe, it's already topped the air-play chart in Hungary and Croatia. Not too shabby.

So where next? Fleur's team have told us that as the single is starting to warm up in the US, there are plans for a big promotional trip across the Atlantic very soon.

'Sax' was the first single to be lifted from Fleur East's debut album Love, Sax and Flashbacks, which was released back in December.

Fleur East has revealed plans to drop a second album at the end of the year.


And it sounds as though it could be very different to her first, which included hit single Sax.

“One of my New Year’s resolutions was to learn to play the piano so I’m working on that now because I love to write but usually I’m sitting in with musicians," Fleur revealed this weekend.

She told the Daily Star newspaper: “I wanted this record to be more instrumental focused, and incorporate some instruments I wouldn’t have before.”

And Fleur also teased she's been looking to her Ghanaian family history as inspiration for the songs.

The 2014 X Factor runner up explained: “I have been taking influences from my mother’s hometown – she’s from Ghana and I grew up listening to that kind of music so that’s influenced me quite a bit.

“It makes people feel good and people just want to be happy at the end of the day don’t they?”

Although due out this year, it's not entirely clear exactly when we can expect Fleur's follow up record.

After being signed by Simon Cowell's Syco record label following her series, Fleur released hit single Sax in 2015 which peaked at Number 3.
